i sign up for a month to month base was never inform about the rules, regulations and /or cancellation fees very unprofessional NOW i want to cancel and I was informed that I need to pay another fee WHY should I pay for something that I was never told A staff member informed me that when first open this site they were ONLY concern was to get people to join Never INFORMING THEM ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS AND CONTACT NOW I HAVE TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE she told me that I a lot of members are cancelling due to the fact that are also very happy about this gym SECONDLY this gym offer a private session with a personal trainer .....BUTYOU NEED TO MAKE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT .....NO PROBLEM THE PROBLEM IS THAT I MADE ASN APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS AGO AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANY RESPONNSE WHICH I HAVENT YET RECEIVED I ALSO HAVE WITNESS OTHER MEMBER WAITING FOR THEIR PERSONAL TRAINER TO SHOW UP AND FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR THEIR ASSIGNED APPOINTMENTS WITH THE GYM MEMBER WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THIS .....HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! LASTLY THERES THIS STAFF MEMBER NAMED "ALEX" WHO IS VERY RUDE AND RACIST TALKS TO MEMBER IN A THUG LIKE MANNER WATCH OUT FOR HIM!! IN CONCLUSION WHEN YOU ASK FOR THE MANAGER YOU ARE TOLD DIFFERENT TIMES WHEN SHE SUPPOSE TO BE IN QUESS THEY DONT WANT YOU TO MEET THE MANAGER AND TALK TO HER ABOUT THE ISSUES IN THIS GYM PERSONALLY I DONT RECOMMEND IT AND I WILL BE PASSING THE WORD AROUND BECAUSE I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER WITHOUT ME AND OTHER THERE WOULDNT BE JOBS FOR THIS INDIVIDUALS AND MOSTLY I DONT DESERVE SUCH TREATMENT PUBLIC BE WARE!!!! THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THIS POSTING ONE STAR IS BECAUSE WITHOUT ANY STARS THE POSTING WOULDNT BE SEEN

My home away from home in Coney Island. Was in town for a couple of weeks and my friend who lives across the street brought me here as a guest to work out, and when she couldnt take me, I came in with a day pass. It was super convenient just walking over here and the hours were pretty reasonable. The staff here were amazing as well! All the front desk staff that I encountered with were all super nice and knew that I was a guest from out of town. The gym is kept very clean. I saw the same maintenance guy working every time I came in and he was always wiping equipment down. Its still a fairly new gym so all the equipment are still in great shape. There are PLENTY of cardio equipment (almost too many) which were rarely used. Most of the people that I saw were here to lift weights. There is a small open and padded area where you can work with medicine balls, kettlebells, box jumps, and even a battlerope. Unfortunately this area is EXTREMELY small so you may be fighting for space. Because it is upstairs, you do get a nice view...well, at least I enjoyed it. Just like all other gyms, busy times are week nights and early morning on weekends. I never had any issues finding the weights and equipment that I needed which was nice.

We started a mission to a new healthy improved lifestyle 2 years ago since we did so have visited establishments throughout all boros in order to find that perfect gym. The best one we have come across is the blink fitness coney island location. From Tracy to Danielle the club manager and her whole crew , jarvis, isabel ,i wish i can name all employess because every1 of them we have personally interacted with they are the best they give u a warm family friendly environment . They definately go above and beyond the call of duty to keep a spotless clean gym. We travel everyday coming from harlem in order to get a complete workout experience...Great job guys

The worst experience. Never again. I took 8 private lessons with their instructor, and ended up being signed for a monthly renewal for this lessons, which costs me $211 monthly, without my permission, without me signing any contract, after telling my instructor that Im not taking anymore lessons. They kept charging me for 3 month - $630 total, my instructor kept saying that he told a manager to cancel me, but he forgot, and the customer service refused to provide a refund. I claimed my money back through bank for another 3 month. Lot of hidden charges you wont be informed about. Treating their customers like stupid moneybags. Horrible!

Im not giving 1 star for the gym as a whole , Its really about this coney island branch in particular . The area itself is bad but no control over that part ... I barely saw any women there working out beside me and 2 others , the treadmills each have a big sized screen just covering your view rather than a couple of TV screens displaying for everyone working out , and lastly the placement of the weight machines , come on ...

Unfortunately i gad to cancel because they charge you $40 cleaning fee after you signup and one they dont tell you about it. When you cancel you still have to pay 1 month in advance. THATS WHY THEY KEEP UR CARD ON FILE and dont just accept cash. Very snicky business. Branch manager TRACY was very rood when i requested my membership cancellation. I wish i could leave with a better expirience.

Pretty small gym compared to the one on Sheepshead Bay (3/5 ths) the size for the same price. What irritates me is that the workers are so "fake" always saying hello in a "exited" tone, then you hear them complain how they have to act nice to every person to their co-workers when their manager isnt around. Its pretty much the same with all front-desk workers but these overdue it.

One star because in that place nobody will explain you about all fees witch you will be charged after couple months! When I was there first time they was telling me about 15$ monthly fee only, but I was charged after 2 months for membership 40.76$ ! Just be careful before sing up for blink fitness ask them all about fees and than go for it !

For ($15+ per month ) it is more than enough.I was using Ballys 24 for ($ 30 per mount) nothing better. Same machine, same wihgts, and even worse. I like here because it still new , the personal is polite and always smiling to you when you enterin and living. I other words, so far so good. Came, and check this out by yourself.

Its a simple no luxury gym, thats a little greedy. I returned to this gym because of its location. You cant freeze your membership. And theres a service fee of $40ish dollars at the end of the year. Its convenient, but annoying lol.

A lot of room, workers are constantly cleaning the machines. Not a lot of equipment(weight training machines), but ton of cardio machines. I wish there was better music playing and I wish it was loud.

Complete fratty gym. Management will never return my phone calls and they keep charging me after I have cancelled my membership.
