If you are lucky enough to have discovered this gym located in Sunset Park, then you are in for a great experience. There is a friendly and nurturing culture here which has been a tremendous help to me. Trainers and boxers alike are kind, helpful, and respectful. It does not matter that I may not pick a up a technique right away because the trainers here will stay with me until I get it right. It has been a few weeks since I joined and my conditioning has steadily improved. This of course has other benefits in day to day life which has encourage me even more. They also have kids boxing classes as well as Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu which I am looking forward to participating in.

From the time I walked in to just get information, I knew I was in the right place. The people are very friendly and not pushy. There is a sense of community there that I didnt think I would find at a boxing gym. Everyone says hello and good bye. While training, they give one on one time every time I go. The trainers focus on technique and while it is friendly, they push you. For me, it is the perfect balance. This is my second month going..and I have been only going 2-3 times a week but have been really watching what I eat, mostly greens and protein and some carbs and very little red meat. I have lost 8 lbs.
