A few months ago I went in to have my oil changed. They had a special on oil change and radiator flush. Seemed like a good price so I went for it. On the was home my car started to overheat. Luckily I was close to a friends home, so I stopped and found that my radiator was low on fluid. I added some water so I could make it home. the car was stilling running hot but not as bad as before.The following day I took it back and told them of the problem. They serviced the car again right away, but the problem was not fixed. I did some research and found that there is a special procedure for flushing the radiator on my particular car. I ran the procedure myself.and solved the problem. I was afraid to take it back to JL because I had no confidence that they knew what they were doing.

I came in here for a quick oil change 6 months ago. First off, they charge WAY TOO MUCH. They will charge you over $100 for an oil change that should realistically cost $40. Secondly, they broke the oil dipstick on my car. The manager told me that they would replace it of course. But every time I call them, they give me an excuse as to why they havent replaced it yet. I spoke with them a month ago and they told me it that they mailed it to me. This place takes advantage of people anyway they can. If you need to get your oil changed, and dont want to do it yourself, go to any other mechanic.

I went to get an oil change. Everything was going fine until they drove my van into the overhead door. They bent the roof rack and peeled up the roof. I am a welder, and now I cant make money because I cant buy metal and transport it to the job. Im also getting water damage in my van and on my thousands of dollars of tools. JIFFY LUBE HAS DONE NOTHING. I am starving have no food or money or income for 2 months. THANKS JIFFY LUBE!

I needed an oil change. I stopped in, and have been to this location before. They do what is needed, and may suggest other fixes, but I can also decline with no pressure. However, this time I did get new filters. They are all friendly and quick. My only complaint is that I do not enjoy listening to the dang news playing in the wait area. I would so rather watch a cooking show or cartoons.

I went to Jiffy Lube in Deer Park the other day. I was in a rush and was completely blown away by Zak who helped me immediately, answered all my questions AND informed me of the military discount when he realized we were a military family! I will now be a forever customer thanks to Zak and I told all my family and friends on Facebook to go visit the Deer Park location too!!

Took my car for an oil change yesterday the guys brought my car right in and finished it in a few minutes. All the staff were very friendly especially Lou the manager!!! They even vacuumed my car n cleaned the windows!!! First class treatment ...Thank you for such a wonderful service I definitely will be coming back to get my oil changed with you guys!!!

I stopped in real quick because I needed a quick oil change while I was on my break. It was my first time there. I decided to stop by because it was really close to my job. The service is excellent there, they take care of anything you need done. I will definitely continue going there for my oil changes and anything else I need for my car.

Worst place ever! It just cost me $660 to fix my car. I had to take i to the dealer after the engine light went off. The untrained guy who changed the oil in my car, cracked the oil filter housing by over tightened it. My husband called them and they were very rude and didnt offer any help. Save your car, dont go there!!

I went to get my oil changed on 5/3/17 and Ive never had a better experience! This was my first time there and the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I went around 5pm after work expecting to wait a while and I was in and out! They even cleaned my mats and windows...spotless! Very impressed...will be back!

Came in for a oil change and was charged waaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much!! 73 for an oil change? Never again!! Ill continue going to Mavis and paying 34.99 with a 10$ discount so Ill only pay 24.99..

They charged me 400 for changing the front breaks, they told me it was gonna be 500 to change the rear ones, just did it for 100 bucks in another place ill never come back
