Shockingly DISHONEST Sunday, February 5, 2017 – I went to Advance Auto Parts at 619 E Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station and purchased a Purolator A16200 for My 2014 Hyundai Accent. Advance Auto is across the street from Jiffy Lube where I intended to get an oil change and I replaced the air filter in front of the auto parts store preemptively so that Jiffy Lube would not try to sell me an air filter at inflated prices. I immediately drove across the street to Jiffy Lube, located at 599 E Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station, NY 11746, to get the oil change. Shortly after they started working on my car, I was called out and told the importance of a clean air filter and that mine was dirty and should be changed. They showed me the filter which indeed was old and dirty looking. I couldn’t believe it, having just replaced the filter and driven maybe 100 feet, the filter was 10 times dirtier than the one I just replace. I called them on it and told them I just replaced it. They stood by their story that they just opened it up and that is the one that came out. I called hem liars, frauds, and dishonest. They asked me if I still wanted the oil change. I asked if they drained the oil already and they had. I tried to show the receipt for the new filter but they just wanted me out. They did not want me near other customers and asked me to stay in the shop area. I took a picture of the receipt for the filter along with a coupon in front of the car in the shop to show the timing, that I have purchased the filter before going to Jiffy Lube . I cannot get over the bold dishonesty. Once they lied, they stuck with it despite knowing they were caught. I have to believe that store employees are not doing this on their own and I am not the first person this establishment tried to swindle.

That reply is about as uncivilized as I could imagine, you are in the service industry learn the golden rule. Never lash back out at a customer what you wrote is unprofessional and idiotic, and you really should watch what you make public on the internet you wouldnt want your manager finding out that you live around 36 St. Andrews Drive and tie this back to you

Could probably get somebody in McDonalds to change my oil faster. Sunday August 23rd 2015. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have went to Firestone sorry I wasted my time. Jiffy my ass!!! The workers here stink. Already waiting an hour. The boss should check how many vehicles were before 11:25 and how many vehicles drove away

Was uncomfortable here the service guys all had smirks on their faces. But my main complaint after a tire rotation and oill change is that a griding noise came in my car past 40 from time I drove away. Going back this morning to have them look at it.

On a busy Saturday I was happy to get in and out as quickly as I did (about 20 mins). All the technicians were very pleasant and friendly, especially a man named. Jason. My first time at jiffy lube but would use again.
