Theres a guy there who manages the store. He wears a rattail haircut, overweight, large nose, blond hair . This guy is a miserable person. He gets into shouting matches with customers, swears almost every sentence (when I joined I asked about the swearing and he said gym rules says no cursing. Obviously he said this only to get me to join because he wouldnt stop swearin afterwards even if asked ). He always has to get the last word and has some serious anger issues. Customer or not, if he gets angry at you he will swear at you and chase you even if you go to the locker room (Ive watched this happen). Hes also incompetent and unreliable. For example:I asked him to get a better machine for legs and he said it has enough weight its good enough. Ignoring that he basically ignored my request I persisted and said it wasnt enough because it was too easy for me. So he tells me to use one leg instead of 2. Now, the machine in question requires 2 legs because its very dangerous and can snap your knee cap otherwise (I did it anyway but thats my choice). I told him i was already but he didnt believe me. Terrible person.As a gym manager he shouldnt be advising me to do something dangerous , he should know this is dangerous and also, just say "ok, yes we need a new machine." But it doesnt end there. Remember what I said about the knee cap snapping? In order to decrease the danger I rested my hands around the knee cap of the single leg I was using. Just resting not using my hands to push.He passes by and says "see? Your using your hands. It is a good machine your just doing it wrong. " I explained that I wasnt using my hands for help I was using them for safety. He said "no. You were using them to push off." Another example: I paid for the month. He comes over and tells me to pay. I told him I did. I even recount the events of the day. He doesnt remember and as is his go to emotion - gets angry . Fine. I go home and tell my dad. Dad says "you know what? Ill pay for it even though you already paid. Maybe if you give it to him, hell make peace with you and youll have an easier time at the gym ."(this was before we (my dad and i) found out what a jerk he is). I come back and say something to the effect of "here take it. I dont want this to be something that gets us angry at each other. Lets be pals" Im smiling .happy I did a good deed making peace with someone. He takes the money. Looks at the check.looks at me. And then says "see? You only gave this because you knew that you were lying ". I was so stunned by his response. Can there really be a human being as miserable as this person? I didnt even talk. There was nothing left to say. Another example of how miserable this person is: This new person is hired and first month hes there he gets a bonus in his paycheck because he got the most customers that week. Rattail guy is not happy about this . Hes usually the one that gets that bonus. So for weeks after, whenever the new guy wasnt around, rattail guy would talk to the customers, making fun of the new guy. Saying it was just a fluke that new guy got more customers than him and generally bad mouthing new guy. The gym is nice. But without a doubt , the main feature is this miserable Rattail guy. Hes loud (yells, talks across the gym, smells intensely of smoke, swears etc) and theres no ignoring the misery that is him. Stay away from this gym till hes no longer working there.

Well lets start off saying the manager thats there after Aaron is WAY BETTER! The Staff thats hired are great as well, except for the female that works there. Nasty attitude, no manners , very rude and demanding! GET CLEANER SHOWER CURTAINS ( btw, it looks clean on the outside, you go look in the inside its like Hurricane Sandy rusty looking curtains that you feel disgusted even being in the small shower. FLOOR MATTS IN THE Bathroom Hope the owner of the facility realizes my review and have a talk with her or maybe kicks her in the rear and never allow her to clock in again. AND gets the bathroom and the gym up to date. Description of the lady who works there; Over weight Light skinned Grumpy face Smokes cigarettes every 25 mins You might not see her because most the time she is in the back office just lounging around. Or walking on the treadmill eating a snickers bar.. DO NOT GO

They definitely have the lowest prices for any gym within a 6-7 mile radius plus they have only been open a few years so all the equipment is brand new and high-tech. I buy all my supplements their since its cheaper than vitamin shoppe and gnc. I just like working out there because its quiet and clean and i never have to wait for equipment plus during the summer after a workout i just walk out the back door onto the private beach and take a swim or just relax.

Small, but a decent gym. Not crowded or too loud... Good equipment, nice sauna... though the bathrooms/locker room is alright...kinda drab and could use an upgrade. Staff have always been helpful and overall the gym has a good atmosphere. Also, the other members are generally pretty friendly and encouraging. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

NOt a bad place they got everything i need. i mean i wish they had a few more pieces but overall they got saome nice stuff at least its all brand new and i can afford it. pretty friendly place i dont know what that other guy is talking about there are black people there. and aaron is a little cocky but not a bad guy lol
