This is the absolute worst place to ever fix your car. All they give you is excuses. Everyone I know that lives in this neighbor tells me avoid this Firestone on northern Blvd. I had an emergency. I called ahead. They told me it could be done. I wasted 5 hours just for them to give me the run around and still charge me for labor for a job that I still had to go to a dealer for. The guys are lazy. Slow. Talk down to customers. They dont even try to help. I avoid getting done here but drive the extra miles to the Firestone in Brooklyn.. The Brooklyn location always gets things done no matter how complicated. I had a alignment and wheel balancing done at northern Firestone. I thought everything was good so I took a trip down south. My car felt like it was going to fall apart. I stopped in an emergency at the Firestone in Maryland and they were able to properly get my wheel balancing done. I have no idea what is wrong with the idiots at the Firestone on northern blvd queens. The only thing I will ever let them do is clean my windshield and that might be too much for them to do. The guy at the front desk acts like he is some expert. The only thing he has expertly shown me is his lack of knowledge and empathy. A waste of money and time. The CEO should replace everyone here or better yet have Brooklyn firestone guys show these incompetent fools how to properly fix a car and be polite to customers. I know I could go to a dealer but many of us prefer a more personal approach to fixing our cars from a reputable mechanic. Lesson learnt I will never stop at this location ever again. Entrusting your life and car to the fools on northern Blvd is at your own risk.

I just got back from this place , and I must say this was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered in the past. The reason why I went there, was to get my state inspection done on my car. They took the car and told me that they will due the inspection the next day because they were about to close, when I drop the car off. The next day, they never called me to let me know if they started working on my car and or if any information is needed from me. I had to call myself in the middle of the day only to find out that they can not do the inspection without a current Registration and an insurance car. (Baloney!!!!!!) I called the DMV and they said that whatever they are requesting can not be because you need to have the car inspected before any renewal of registration can happen. I printed out the form and took it with me to show it to the guys at firestone. When i got there, the guy right away told me he can not do anything with that and that I must take my car and go somewhere else to do it. when i got in my car , the inside of my car was a mess!!!!!!!!!!!! Second after I realized that they stole my expensive sunglasses. I went back in the office and they said they never seen it. Thats such a bullshit....................... after I went to a different location and they did my inspection right away without any problems. These people at firestore simply SUCK. NEVER EVER, EVER go there!!!!

Absolutely the worst place to go for servicing our car. I made an appointment for a wheel alignment at 10am. Got there and handed over the keys around 9.50 am. They only other thing i told them to check was the tire pressure light as it has been on on my toyota avalon. I told them to reset it because the tires are good. A little before 2pm i told them i have to leave. They could not even reset the tire pressure light. Also, they told me there was still a car ahead of me for the wheel alignment. By the way, they told me this like 2 or 3 times as i asked every hour how it was going. Plain and simple, they are extremely slow. No point in making an appointment because you will spend your whole day there. I left at 2pm in disgust without having any services done, mind you i had the lifetime wheel alignment policy. On top of that i saw numerous people come in and leave. They prioritize the people that are paying. Whats the point of an appointment when it takes the whole day to get something done. I will never go here again nor recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of time, incompetent employees that lie directly to your face. When i turned in the keys at 9:50 am, the guy there told me theres 1 car ahead of me. The other employee said the same thing at 1:45pm. Seriously? I doubt its the same car being aligned for almost 4 hours.

Un friendly staff. Sam was good. They give you a different price and then charge you way more in the end. They didnt apply uber discount as well, saying tires already on sale. Sam said it will be applied in the end but they didnt on tires and did 10% on labor which is way less than the tire price.Ripped me off on tires for $763 on bridgestone ecopia ep422 plus . I couldve gotten better tires in this price. People stay away. I didnt have time to argue there. Noticed after that they didnt even put the air properly. Also the total on tires came out to be 525 and otter charges was for labor and tax. They gave me quote for 630 including labor and in the end everything came way more and even more, they tried to rip me off more saying I need alignment. I was like serious?!!!. I been driving for 10 years and I know how alignment feels like. I have no problem. He was like I can show you the computer. After denying hes like your 60000 mile Warrenty wont cover of you dont do it. BS!! RIPP OFF!!! Update: I feel little alignment issues which I never felt before. Assuming they did it purposely. These guys should be shut down. Will complain to BBB.

Dont bring your car here if you dont wanna kill yourself. I just changed my battery two month ago here. And today morning I saw the battery light on my dashboard so I tried to bring my car to the body shop to check the battery. After only for 20 minutes driving, my car just stopped in the middle of Belt Parkway. The car was towed to the body shop and they said that battery is no good. I have to replace it. So I called the Firestone to get a refund or store credits because I have one year warranty. They said they have to test the battery and they can only replace the battery. no refund. no credit. no apologies. hey guys my car just stopped in the middle of the heavy traffic parkway. you guys almost killed me! It should be yound healthy battery. Its just two month old. How can I drive my car to test the battery without replacing battery at the body store? How can I trust them that they put the new one at the first place? Dont trust them. Dont risk your life. their warranty sucks.

i go there all the time and the service has always been very professional and reliable. i would recommend them. ( only 4 stars given because, after all, no one likes shelling out money to fix things on their car). the last major repair my car required was due to my breaks completely being broken. it turned out the rear break shoes and casings or whatever were completely totaled, which the guy actually showed me personally and explained how they work. He found out where i work and knocked off about 100 dollars from the full cost of the repair.
