Brought my car here for a transmission leak, usally if you look online it cost $100 to $200. After a few hours he informs me the cost will be around $330. Ok fine, I already never want to come back here because I feel hes over charging me but I need to get that leak fixed. I never asked him or anyone to check anything else. When I come the next morning after 45 min of standing there while he types up the bill he tells me its $430. I had to rush to go to work so I just paid it. After I pay I walk outside to get my car and the mechanic informs me my car wont start and he needs to get someone from Ford to come there. What??? Then the owner tells me Ford will come after the weekend. Monday no call, so I call him at 5:00 and he says now Ford cant come until Tuesday. You think maybe he could have called me to tell me that...Anyway Tuesday he says the ecu is damaged and need a new battery and everything is around $1200. When I asked the mechanic what happened he told me something happened when they were checking the battery and that he doesnt know what but was extremely sorry. The owner tries to tell me that Im lucky because if I didnt go to his store my car would have caught fire that day....yeah ok...My car was running fine before I went to this shop besides the transmission leak, and now my car is completely dead after I paid for the transmission leak to be fixed. After being rightfully upset the owner tells me my only 2 options are to pay for the extra work or get it towed out of there. The owner was rude and arrogant and tried to say this was my fault because of my battery. Again the car was working fine when I dropped it off. I got it towed from this horrible shop and plan on taking him to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE.

I decided to take one SUV here for a steering issue. The manager greeted me professionally, explained what would be done to diagnose the issue and would get back to me. I found him to be honest and trusted the diagnosis that was given, as well as another issue with wheel bearings. The SUV runs great. Price was pretty much what I expected it would cost. I brought another SUV in for a check engine light. This time it was the owner and one of the mechanics behind the counter and again I was greeted professionally. This time to my pleasant surprise, it was only a minor valve issue, and way below what I thought I would have to pay for the repair. Kudos to this shop, the owner and employees. Highly recommend them.
