I have lived on Webb Hill Road over 30 years. The lady mail carrier for our street was so nice. We missed her a lot. I believe her name is Irene, who lives on Wilwade Road. A new male mail carrier has replaced her. Since then, I found a lot of advertising garbage dumped in my mail box. I waited for him one day and nicely asked if he could at least tie them up. I do not have a lot of mails and I used to find perhaps one piece of mail among ten pieces of garbage. I gave him a benefit of doubt if he would listen. One month later, he continued to dump my mail box. This mail carrier told me his name is Mr. Wong. By posting this review, I do hope the Welwyn Post Office becomes aware of what can be done to improve the post office rating

I work from home and currently sponsor a sick child abroad. My letters are extremely important cause it could affect another persons life if not my business. This branch has been delivering my mail incorrectly to my neighbor for more than a year now because we have the same last name. I called numerous times complaining about the situation and all I get from the supervisor is "ill look into this and let you know if I hear anything". Guess what that was the end of the it. Maybe they just dont care and maybe the mailman or lady just cant read. Not sure whats going on.......

I have been calling for literally one month. No one has ever picked up the phone. Someone should be fired! How can you make an appointment for a passport? I dont live nearby and I work. So I have to take a day off to make an appointment and then another day to actually go for the appointment. Someone should investigate this. Yes, short lines, cause who goes there? I am Victorias mom!

Whats with the Negative reviews, one person asked. Just have your mail rerouted to the wrong place over and over again. And have to take time out of your day to ask them why dont they pick up their phones, why do they reroute the mail, why reroute your mail when you complained the previous year. Why not join the 21st century. Friendly staff is nice, getting your mail is priceless.

THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS! I just called them - 11 AM. About 4-5 times. I let the phone ring continuously until the tel co recorded voice came saying "the caller does not respond; call again later". I am trying to make an appointment for the passport services. Thats why the Post Office must go out of business. Theyre wasting the taxpayers money. Let private business take over.

Whats with all the negative reviews? I went there and all the staff were extremely friendly to myself and everybody I saw while waiting on line. The employee who helped me was incredibly welcoming and provided me with much more helpful information than I asked for. Yes, this is somewhat busy and you likely will be waiting on a line, but the line oftentimes goes by quickly.

This is the worst Post Office in the United Stated! No one answers the phone, packages get delivered to the wrong address! The employees are LAZY and slow! I do not know how they every got hired! They are truly idiots! There is ALWAYS a line when you go in to this post office! Try to avoid this place!

No one answers the phone-EVER. You can have a simple request or question and b/c they dont answer the phone youre forced to go in person and deal with their incompetence. One of the worst post offices on London Island!

Placed a vacation hold. But about 1/3 of mail came anyway. Four days after coming home, still no deliivery. Had to call to complain. No regular carrier on our route, anyway, for nearly a year. Terrible service.

Passport service is by appointment only and the hours are short. But if you follow the rules then everything works fine.
