Avoid at all costs. Seriously. I cant say for sure on all the scales, but the scale used for my package was way off. Probably shows a weight increase of +20%. I am absolutely certain my packages weighed in at 5.6lbs, and another at 1.8 lbs. I have 2 professional bakers in the family, I ship often from home, needless to say there are several accurate scales around, Im talking accurate to the milligram kind of scales. So if youre shipping with this location, youre pretty much throwing money away. I went to drop off my two packages, already prepaid, the lady scanned the first package. 8lbs, 3oz!!!. the next package 2lbs, 7oz. Needless to say, she didnt accept my prepaid packages. I went home baffled and confused. Took out 4 different scales. weighed both packages on each. 5.6lbs, 1.8lbs. Wasnt gonna bother trying to argue with them, so I easily dropped them off with Staples shipping center.

This is the worst post office I have ever had the misfortune to have to use. My mail ends up all over the neighborhood every single day. Every day when I check the mail I separate it into mine and various neighbors, then I walk around and collect my mail from them. Every. Day. Many important things have been lost because I never received then at all. When I call to inform them, I am given rhetoric about part time delivery people. The same thing has been happening to me and the people around me for years. Its like a giant joke around here. It never happened anywhere else that I have lived, and I have lived in a LOT of places. I love living in here, but this post office needs to be taken over by people who know wtf they are doing.

They are bad. Theres an African American lady there that is very rude to everyone for no reason. She would give customers attitude and have her earphones on while working. She ignore customers questions and intentionally slam your packages. She never looks at the customer and have this look on her face that she dont give a @%#$. I tried to avoid her whenever shes there. Since I ship mostly Priority mail, I schedule for pick up now, but they DONT always pick up. Whenever I call they would tell me someone it on the way. BUT NO ONE DOES. The lady that answer the phone would occasion help if she in a good mood. The man that answer the phone would NEVER help. He just tell you to wait and hangs up. He should be FIRED!

Wish I could give negative stars but Cant. This location needs a MAJOR upgrade both with the service and the employees. They are always misplacing my packages and their customer service sucks. Really bad. They never pick up the phone and Ive had to personally go in everytime for all issues. I wish USPS on a whole would improve their services because for businesses they are a good price but no point of good price if the service itself SUCKS. If you are desperate like I am to mail stuff, use them, but Id suggest UPS or Fedex. Fedex drop off is not to far from this location.

The postman delivers someone elses mail to me. They have lost my shipment several times costing me money. They lost packages that were supposed to come to me, again costing me money. I had proof they delivered my package to someone else but my claim was rejected. The people at the windows are generally nice but there is a young girl there who seems to be antisocial and full of anger, for no obvious reason, and she takes it out on the customers. Where does USPS find these people?

The mail carriers pretend to deliver your package, and just leave a notice on ur door, and most of the time my pacage is not delivered and instead I PICK IT UP myself. This facility is incredibly raggedy looking and the staffected is really just trying to burn daylight for a paycheck. They do the bare minimum of work, and hate to move a finger and be helpful. Like someone else already expressed, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I called amazon and told them to ship me oly via UPS.

Shoot, these people deserve a big fat zero star. Your main job is to deliver mail. Please do YOUR job correctly and in a timely manner. No wonder you are loosing your customers to a different carriers. So, back to my point. I purchased a 2 day guaranteed shipping and 20 days later the package was finally delivered? Im speechless. At first you guys couldnt located the package, then 20 days later you guys finally found it? What a shame and pitty.

Please wear your glasses when you are putting the mail together and sorting them out. My mail always goes to the wrong apt not jus one envolpe but 4 this time. There are people who like to open other people mail and that mistake should not happen more than 2x specially when it comes to more than one mailing (envelope) this happens too often at 211-06 75th Avenue

Mail is not delivered for days in entire neighborhood when main mail deliverer out - this Post Office is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere - also have rude employees in the Office location - a total bust. You have to worry about getting your mail and you have to deal with one bad news worker in particular if youre unlucky to get her, when you go there...

This post office is absolutely worthless. If youre brain damaged, youre likely farther ahead than the idiots that work at 11364. Most front desk staff speak appalling English and are slower than molasses in January. Stupidity reigns supreme. If you actually want something done-hit yo Station A in North Flushing.

On Friday 5/26/2017 this USPS lost my third package of current year. I visited this location in person to file a claim, i was asked for my cellphone number and supposedly someone will call me with an update. Its 5/31/2017 and no answers to the lost package

These people are rude especially the black lady. Packages are not always scanned, so the status of your parcel are not always known. They also do not leave a notice on your door but put it on the tracking status of your package.

Bad bad service in this office. Monday to Friday is good, but not Saturdays delivery, My package will lost until I go to the office the coming Monday, and ask the manager anxiously. This happened several times.
