***READ IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE ON A SUNDAY*** I went into this Post Office on a Monday to pickup a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Sunday. I received a text message and Email both Sunday Night and Monday morning stating that package was at this location and the package was marked failed to deliver. When i went there to pick it up they said it would be delivered tomorrow, but would tell me if my package was at this location after showing them the message stating the package was here. They were super rude, and repeated the phrase, "it will be delivered tomorrow, it will be delivered tomorrow." Like a robot who could not give further information. After calls back and forth with both Amazon and USPS, I found out they did not want to tell me that the website and tracking information was wrong. This post office is closed on Sundays so no packages actually came here on Sunday, but they scan the barcode as if it was delivered to this location. I guess to continue good business with Amazon, this wild chase all came down to a lie. The package was never out for delivery on Sunday or Monday, I was not able to pick it up at this location, because my package was not actually there. My package was at their main office, somewhere where I was not allowed to pick up. So placing an order with Amazon on a Thursday for 2 day shipping, my package ended up coming the following Wednesday. The post office workers and Post Master all lied to cover up their lying tracking system, when all they needed to say was, "We are not opened on Sunday, the tracking system is wrong, the package is at our main location." From there what could I have done, I would have went home and stopped hunting down my package. If the tracking system is telling me one thing, and you are telling me another but will not explain why, THAT IS WRONG. I am not 5 years old, "Because I said so" is not longer a valid explanation.

Our Postal Carrier Is So Rude!! She walks into our place of business, and doesnt even come all the way in. All you see is her arm and hand dropping the mail on my desk. When I offer her thanks, loud enough for anyone in the office to hear, she completely ignores me and keeps it moving. Im sorry, but for a grown woman I would of thought she would have cultivated customer service skills or just basic manners while moving along in life. Wow.. This is the face of our Untied States Post Office. She should definitely be enrolled in a Ethics and Social Responsibility Class. I have always had a good experience with our last mail carrier, (she was so nice) and the Bellerose Post Office (Great Customer Service). Ive never been treated so horrible by any of their employees, until now...

Does this phone even work? You can always, with absolute certainty get a busy signal during operating hours. Might as well be unmanned. Parking in the area is almost non existant. I wish I could be in a different zip code.

I called to track a number and a guy picked up and i asked is it possible to check if my package is there for pick up with a tracking number and replied NO angrily and hung up on me. Disgusting!
