Excellent personal training experience! Life changing - best decision Ive made in a very long time. Regarding the comment posted by TCar - I had witnessed the event and this individual was sitting in her car playing Pokemon Go - with no interest in attending the businesses. Both the owner of the liquor store and the owner of ECS politely asked her to discontinue loitering and relocate to another area. As always the owner of ECS was polite and courteous, and simply attempted to create a positive experience for his clients.

The one negative review is from a NON CUSTOMER! A person stalking the exterior of the gym while playing Pokemon Go! Good Grief! Ed is completely dedicated to his clients. I never thought I would enjoy getting in shape. This is a go at your pace with Eds encouragement. The equipment is fantastic and I can now do 100 sit ups! Again, never thought I would enjoy working out.. I feel great when I leave and working on changing my diet too!

I started training at ECS 5 months ago. My son had trained with Ed through the winter to get in shape for his lacrosse season and my wife also started training there a few months before me. So happy with the results and with the owner/trainer, Ed. He has a very motivating personality. I have lost weight, feel great and cant wait for the next workout.

This gym is phenomenal. Whomever says otherwise has not experienced ECS. Dont listen to bad reviews. Those people obviously have too much time on their hands.
