THE WORST. Truck broke down with my furniture on it. That was on a Saturday. It was supposed to be a one hour drive to my new house. Didnt get anything delivered until Monday afternoon. They had to rent another truck and I think when they transferred my furniture on to the new truck that is when things broke. When I pointed it out to the son that my night table was damaged he claims yes his men pointed that out to him while it was still in my house so it was already damaged and they were not responsible. My husband said "if you saw the damage to the night table when you were taking it out of the house why didnt you alert me or my wife. The son had no answer. They didnt want to take anything off bill for the inconvenience or the damage. I called his father after the son insulted me about my dogs hair on his moving blankets and he wasnt going to charge me extra for the removal of the dog hair. It got pretty heated and the father ended up taking $50 off the total bill. The next day when I opened up boxes I saw that my horse head statue was also broken. I left a message with no reply. The men didnt blanket anything and the son just rude. I guess thats all the father can do with him after he got out of the marines. WORST MOVERS EVER!!!!

Great service. Both the estimate visit and the moving team were exactly on time. Moving crew did an outstanding job wrapping, protecting, and preparing our home for the move. Movers were hard working, polite, and professional. They were careful and did a great job despite some difficult conditions (snow and ice on driveway). Highly recommend AW Moving and Storage.

My husband and I used A W Express to move some incredibly heavy furniture. Not only were they the only company willing to try, they not only moved it but also managed to get it up a winding staircase with no damage to the furniture or walls. Great Service!!! Great Company!!! Martha and Angelo

The moving crew did a great job. They arrived on time and finished moving me out and into my new home expeditiously . They reassembled my furniture and gave me pointers on decorating my living area. All that was left was to cloth my bed and get some much needed rest.

Joe was beyond helpful! Great and reasonable price, they picked up a fridge I ordered online, delivered and helped install it. Also took away the old fridge. They were so polite! My house was left the exact way when they left! Will definitely use them again!
