Ive had a unit here for a little over a year and havent had any problems. My rental rate is good. I think lower than most other places. The whole property is clean and the security is great. I have a car stored here and theres a camera pointed right at it 24/7. Thats very important for me. Another thing I like is theres no hassles. I have the auto-pay setup and it deducts the right amount from my account on time every month. No issues with it at all. Im usually not the type to use auto payments but the website makes it easy to keep track of and change if I need to. Overall its 5 stars because I get everything I expect from a storage unit with no issues.

The Cube Smart staff was very courteous and helpful to me and my family when we visited their Delilah Road location. All my questions were answered in detail. The only slightly negative comment is that their online promotion didnt apply since I applied in person to lease a unit. (If I had applied online and waited for a callback then I would have been eligible for the "first month free" promotion.) Otherwise, I was very happy with the service. Definitely would recommend them.

I have been a customer since inception. I have had a very pleasant relationship with all your management teams. At present Dave is by far and above my favorite. He s always there to help if I ask . I presently have two 10x40 sheds which are always tight and clean from dust. My only complaint is the cost. Being a customer for so long, I would hope I wouldnt be hit with these continued rent increases!!!! All in all I truly enjoy being here.

The staff has been friendly and very helpful to my entire family. We have 3 unitts in this site after selling a home. Finding cube smart has been a blessing to all of us because we sold the home to defer medical costs for our very ill brother. We were not prepared at all to store so much. The cube smart staff has made a very difficult time much easier for me personally and my entire extended family.

Her moving out of state will be a big lose to the company. David Cross and Amanda Butler have done a fine job of getting me set up in their facility. You have a fine staff.
