If we could give All Jersey Movers ten stars we would! Gabriel, Wes, Eugene and Armando were professional and all went above and beyond the call of duty to execute our INSANE, multi-city move!! Gabriel was funny, reassuring, honest and thorough with his assessment of our move and what it would cost. We had a very short window (five days!) and he was able to fit us in the week we called when NO other moving company was able to accommodate us. In the incredible stress of the moment, Gabriels humor was also a much needed break in our very stressful, exhausted week! Mr. Wes and his fabulous crew, Eugene and Armando, made the impossible happen at every turn on the day of our move. After picking up furniture and boxes in three locations, they had moved us in by 11:00 PM the same day! We vastly underestimated the bulk and awkwardness of several pieces as well as the number of bins and book boxes we had. Not only did they reassure me as I panicked about how much they had to do, they offered to set up two additional pieces of furniture for my parents instead of simply leaving them on their back porch! We are all still talking about how quickly they were able to maneuver the bulky furniture through very tight spaces (quickly removing and then replacing doors, furniture legs, etc)--it was one of the hottest days of the summer and they were quick, efficient and reassuringly competent. We LOVE All Jersey Movers, especially Gabe, Mr. Wes, Armando, and Eugene! THANK YOU guys--we would have been lost without you on July 29th!

I called this company because of the great reviews here. I spoke with Gabriel Gonzalez. He gave me a quote over the phone based on how many bdr my apt has, what floor I lived on and location. He said he would send an email so I can fill out inventory and approximation of boxes I would have on the day of the move. With that said, with 3 guys and 4 hrs of work he quoted me at "$... all included". I asked if once he received the inventory list could the price drop. He said and I quote "If it is lower then its lower but if higher we will keep it as what was discussed". I felt comfortable with that. Next day, he tells me two other ppl were looking to move the same day I requested and after receiving my inventory list, the price went up an extra $300. I reminded him that he said he would keep it as discussed to which his response was "in the history of my moving career, I would never tell a client that I would keep the price the same after entering there complete inventory in our data base." So not only did I feel as if I had been called a liar, I felt like he was trying to get a higher price due to the fact two others had requested the day. No, sorry that is not how you do business my friend. Your word is your word and to keep your business with a great rep, you keep your word. Watch out for this guy.. (Gabriel). Dont trust what he says to you.

As everyone knows moving is a stressful, I lived in my home for 13 years. After calling around several moving companies and realizing (to them) that I was just about the dollars and to get me on there calendar. I called All Jersey Movers (thinking its just another moving company), Gabriel answered the phone, the care and concern that he had to make sure that I would be fine was incredible. His exact words to me "THE CREW WE HAVE ARE THE BEST AROUND" . Gabriel was available at all times of the day and night. My husband needed to speak to him (time was around 11pm when he came home from work). I left a voice mail on his extension (thinking he would call me in the morning), then my phone rang seconds later (incredible). My husband had questions that I could not answer and he quickly responded. Move date came, two trucks with six men, Nate and Wes were the lead persons. I tell you, they were all synchronized working together as if it was a relay race (with extreme care). My move went so smooth, (asking questions to us, every minute about our furniture during the move), well organized, polite and courteous, I cant Thank ALL JERSEY MOVERS, enough. Gabriel this review is for your outstanding customer service, the crew and your reputable company that your future customers need to read and understand that you really do mean what you say.

ALL JERSEY MOVING TO THE RESCUE !!! I had a quote from another company that came in at a low price. However, when they showed-up with a stack of papers with added cost it doubled the quote. This happened on my moving date !!! Moving is stressful enough without someone trying to screw you over. After getting over the crying and screaming, I called a few company and just still had a bad feeling. I gave one more try and I am glad I did.. I called All Jersey Moving and spoke to Gabriel.. He was great!!! I knew this was a trustworthy company. He went over with me all the furniture that I will be moving and gave me a great price. No hidden cost!! He walked me through the online contract and helped me complete it... Well the next day the workers showed up on time, came to work and were amazing, Very professional !!!! They also came in under the amount of hours and saved me money!!! All Jersey Moving made a stressful time less stressful. I highly recommend ALL JERSEY MOVING!!! I want to personally thank Gabriel and the crew... Nate, Rob and Manual.. You guys are the best!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They showed up 1.5 hours late and the foreman asked not to tell his boss about it. They took 20 minute smoking breaks every 2 hours. If they disassemble your furniture they will not assemble it back properly. When they did everything was so unstable. They broke some items and when you report the damage to Mark, he tries to blame you for the damage they did. When you call the customer service and speak with Mark, he was extremely unprofessional and he actually yelled at me and my wife and refused to listen. I have no idea how these guys have 4.6 stars. There was a time I moonlighted as a mover in college. If I did the job these guys did, I would be fired on the spot. We moved several times in past 10 years and used 3 different moving companies. This company was a complete nightmare to deal with and that is why I give them 1 star. Go with another company!
