We hired Tiger Moving and Storage after searching for local movers on the internet. Their estimate was competitive with the other companies we spoke with and when all was said and done they came in under estimate. . We were very happy with our decision. They were able to accommodate our crazy situation of having to hire a mover less than a month before our move and be moved out on a Sunday and moved in on Tuesday at the end of June. On move out day, they showed up at the scheduled time with 8 movers who basically when though our 2 bedroom house like a whirlwind. In about three and a half ours, two trucks were loaded with everything we owned, including our daughters swing set. We did 99% of the packing ahead of time, but anything that they had to pack was done so perfectly. They took great care to ensure that our experience would be a positive one. None of our items ended up damaged or missing. I could not believe how efficient they were. One move in day, they sent 5 movers and they were just as efficient and quick. They had us moved into our new home in under four hours. They were very good about placing boxes and items in the rooms that they were designated for, and reassembled our beds. All of the movers were friendly and were 100% professionals. They stayed on task but were also very personable. We would highly recommend their services as movers and even from the small amount of packing that they did for us, if you need that service as well, we would recommend them for that as well.

First of all, I have already recommended this company to my friends, as I was pleased with overall service and personal approach. We moved intra-state end of June 2011. I have discussed our move with the company owner on several occasions and every time he was professional, courteous and surprisingly flexible to accommodate our changing needs as we had complicated home sale and purchase deal. A few days prior to the move he stopped by to bring boxes for packing. He also stopped by to give us a quote and that was VERY reasonable and our final payment was matching the quote (prorated for amount of provided service, men and hours). The crew was outstanding! We had a couple of heavy items that were my biggest concern, and everything was moved just fine. I rated 4/5 just because of a couple of minor issues: a) it would help greatly, if we were told again and again that all furniture should be fully disassembled prior to the move in order to save time, though guys did that for us, we might have done that ourselves b) some furniture pieces were tricky to assemble and it presented a challenge for the crew and I would rather have it un-assembled than partially assembled after the guys left c) in general, I think a bit more guidance to us what to do when would help. Though these were minor logistic things and may be I am just too strict and picky. As I said before, overall this was a good experience, a great deal and service from a local company! The whole team at Tiger Moving and Storage is made up of true professionals. When their CEO came out to the house to provide an estimate, the moving date and time were reserved for us on short notice. I did not have to make follow-up calls. The actual moving day was practically effortless. Mike (the foreman of a 5-man crew) and his team were able to complete the entire move with 100% care and sensitivity for our furniture and boxes. The crew was clean, professional and worked well together. Everyone was friendly and English speaking. Since the moving crew was extremely efficient, we actually paid less than our original estimate. Its nice to have a reliable, honest moving company in NJ who can get the job done right at a reasonable price. Moving is not a service you can leave to chance. We trusted Tiger with our move and feel that they took every bit of stress out of what people usually say is an extremely difficult process. Thanks again to the professional movers at Tiger for going above and beyond.

Tiger Moving is a great company. The owner Steve coordinated my difficult move expertly. I had to move out of 3 different public storage units in North NJ and also had furniture that I had stored at a friends house in a different town. Everything had to be divided between going to our new home at the jersey shore and a local public storage facility. Steve recommended 2 trucks and load one day than unload the next day. Everything went perfectly. Minimal stress and no damage to goods. The workers were efficient and professional. Also the final bill came in below the original proposal estimate. Great Job !! Highly Recommend Tiger Moving.

I used Tiger Moving and Storage to move from Brooklyn to Central New Jersey and I could not be happier. I received many quotes but no one was as knowledgeable and forthcoming as Tiger Moving. Stephen is very professional and answered any questions I had. We had an infant and Stephen eased all our fears. Tiger showed up on time, worked efficiently, carefully, cleanly, and had all our stuff unpacked in a matter of a few hours. The crew was hard working, nice and even did some extra things my wife asked. I would highly recommend Tiger Moving to anyone who wants an easy move!

I used Tiger Moving in May, 2011 based on a friends recommendation. I thought they did a great job. They packed all my breakables in the kitchen, not one item broke (!), the staff was professional and courteous, and they worked really hard. It was a complicated move as we were refinishing floors on the moving day, so I had them come back the next week to move items around within the house. It was very short notice, so the owner came himself to lend a hand, and I appreciated his efforts to ensure that everything went well. - Matthews65

The experience I just had with Tiger Moving and Storage was superb!!! Everyone showed up on time the day of the move and worked extremely hard from start to finish. We were loaded onto the trucks on a Monday and delivery was scheduled for the next day on Tuesday. Again everyone showed up on delivery day on time and again worked extremely hard from start to finish. All of the men were neat and courteous. I would recommend Tiger Moving and Storage to anyone for their next move.

Outstanding to work with. Handled our move from Jersey to Florida expertly. Extremely efficient from initial visit to drop off. Great price and right on time every time! Ray, the long distance hauler has years of experience and made a normally stressful situation much less so. He doesnt point out problems he fixes them Willie knew more about our boxes than we did! They even took my motorcycle expensively. Highly recommended you wont regret it.

We used Tiger for our office move and they handled everything we needed from start to finish. Their crew was quick and careful. They packed up all of our stuff from the copier to the computers without a scratch. We were out of our old office and into our new office in a few hours, to me it was amazing. I got their information on a referral from a client and I couldnt have been happier. I would use them again.
