Please do not waste your time and money dealing with this rude and unprofessional company. The movers did a wonderful job, however, their dispatch personnel and management are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. Not only was I spoken to in a manner unbecoming of a human being, the manager actually defended the statements. He tried to provide an excuse for such a disrespectful tone. Im convinced that these practices are not only acceptable, but encouraged by management. There are plenty of other moving companies in the area. Please dont subject yourself to such behavior.

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT...I repeat... DO NOTTTT ever use this company!!! The person I spoke with over the phone was the most rudest unprofessional person ever and come to find out, it was the manager. We also received several items that were damaged by this company. We were told by the people who transferred our stuff, after they received it from these guys, that they ran a fork lift through our things. REALLYYY!!! If that doesnt keep you from not using them, then all I can say is GOOD LUCK! Sincerely, disgruntled military spouse. (They wouldnt have got 1 star, but I had to in order to post this).

Awful company, cancelled our moving order without telling us. My wife and I took off work and were fully expecting them to show up to move our household goods and they didnt show. Said they cancelled our order because they did not want to move one of our bed, and didnt tell us. POS company, do not use, go with a reliable name brand like Mayflower or any other company really and save yourself the headache.

I just called Allen Transfer for a quote and information on an hourly rate. I have never moved before and just wanted a little information on the process. The man on the phone was incredibly rude to me and would not help me. I am definitely not using this company!
