The WORST customer service ever! Charged the wrong card, when I had to speak to the manager- " hes not available" then when she needed to ask him something " oh, Ill text him".. was promised a call at 8am- got call at 10:33, was told by the manager Steve that the employee lied to me and the manager WAS there, District manager Joanna still hasnt called me back, they LOCKED me, and the truck we rented, and our cars inside, its " not their job" to make sure everyone is out before they lock up- and if your locked in- " yeah, you have to spend the night" .. im DISGUSTED!!!!

Completely disorganized. Messed up several truck reservations. Trucks are full of cigarette burn holes and often have little to no gas. GM doesnt return phone calls or work during busiest hours (weekends) to support employees. No communication amongst employees. They make promises and then never follow through. Go to budget or cube smart to save yourself the headache.

This place is a rip off... they told me it was gonna be one price, I went to get cash and they said it was more money! DO NOT GO HERE! They charge an arm and a leg just to go down the street! The worst!
