We all are aware of what the traditional meaning of “family” is. I am blessed with a loving family, but because I have spent the last 29 years of my life in South Jersey, the physical contents of that life are in CubeSmart in Mansfield. My family is spread out from over an hour to several hours north. Two of my closest are in other states. Yes, I am going through a major life change and have had to consolidate 5 units to one. Needless to say this has been daunting and emotionally draining at best. My family, including my close friends who are my family, have helped me in many ways. However, the faces I see every day, the ones who lift me up and encourage me and make me laugh belong to Michael and Tonia, the General Manager and Assistant Manager . Their sincerity and caring are evident in the reviews on this page. I have had the opportunity to rent storage units at some of the area’s competitors over the last 15 years. I have never witnessed the perfect balance of professionalism, customer service, cleanliness, warmth and genuine caring as I have with CubeSmart through the efforts of Michael and Tonia. Michael is extremely knowledgeable of the storage business and CubeSmart’s protocol, equal to a corporate trainer. Tonia has many years experience as well and is undeniably an asset to the successful operation of the Mansfield property. Together they bring a unique and pleasant experience to the customer. I have seen Michael and Tonia, together and individually, skillfully help their customers find the right fit for their storage needs with focus and professionalism, then turn into mother hens and buzz around in the golf cart on the hottest days bringing ice water encouraging you to “make sure you drink plenty of water!” They have opened their work “home” to any customer who may need to sit in the air conditioning for a spell, or store lunch in the fridge, or merely just to vent . I have sat in the back kitchen on my laptop, when needed, to catch up on some work in between organizing my units. I truly feel at home here and know that this property is run with efficiency and care. Michael and Tonia possess what every business owner dreams of: an owner’s mentality. They do their job and care for this property as if this was their own. They deal with a lot and handle each nuance with confidence and knowledge. The property and units are beautifully maintained. Something, I can say, you don’t see a lot. I have had a good fortune of being present one day when the District Manager Dave was on property. We had a very short chat but it was evident that the philosophy of outstanding customer service, warmth, caring and the importance of the individual customer was the nucleus of CubeSmart’s corporate culture. This is a family. Yes it’s a business, but it is a facility charged with a very important task. It houses family memories, it houses business inventory, assets to the livelihood of individuals and families. Michael and Tonia take this very seriously. So here’s another definition I found: a family can be a group of people you feel safe with; the ones that have the ability to create a warm and loving bubble around you. This CubeSmart team has created that feeling. From the moment you enter the gate, you and your storage are with family.

I have been renting from CUBE SMART on RT 206 for approximately four months. I choose this facility because the location is centralized and close to the Military base. The property is always maintained and looking good for the customers. My initial experience was with Michael who has exceptional customer service skills. He is extremely knowledgeable and polite and made this experience a lot easier for me. He was able to accommodate my needs for storage and always goes out his way to help. I am still renting storage from this location. I went from two large storage units to a small storage unit. Since I did not have a good experience with the other sale person working there, I will only have contact with Michael. I highly recommend this location.

I needed a storage unit quickly. My mother passed away and we had to move her personal property from a unit in PA. Our family was in mourning and didnt need this added stress. Mike and Tonia were kind, compassionate, thorough and professionally efficient and the rate was more than satisfactory. The facility is squeaky clean and I appreciate the easy access to our unit. In short, they assisted us with an expedient and smooth transfer with their truck and we cant thank them enough. I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs!

Tonia was extremely helpful and friendly. She not only went over everything in detail to make sure we didnt have any questions, but also made sure that the unit was clean and ready for us to use. She also was extremely helpful with getting the truck ready for us to use so that we could get started right away with moving, since we had a limited amount of time to get stuff done that day! I would totally recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great storage facility with great rates!

Ive been herassed an was treated with such dissrespect by the maniger she should not be working with ppl her social skills are nonexistent she has laughed in my face when i came to her with a problem and she is all together just rude I was harassed about paying rent days before rent was due then charged a fee before it was late I would never come back here again horrible storage place

I cant say enough about Michael Zappola. He made the whole process so smooth it was amazing. From the time we walked in the door to when we put our things in storage. Michael made a crazy moving situation smooth and painless . The unit is spotless and everything works seamless. Thank you Michael, we will definitely refer our friends and neighbors to Cubesmart.

I had a great experience with CubeSmart in Bordentown. Michael was extremly helpful in answering all of our questions prior to our unit move in. And Tonia came in early for us on a Saturday (nonetheless) to open so we could use their truck to shift our things over. Highly recommend CubeSmart and this location if you are looking for storage options.

Mike was awesome and very efficient! As a brand new walk in customer, he completed my new rental lease in less than 15 minutes from start to finish. The rental office as well as the facility cite were both very clean and well maintained. I was impressed and would very highly recommend this location for self storage!

I had a very good experience at Cube Smart they are so much better than Public Storage. Toni was extremely helpful and manager Michael was so helpful also...I had difficulty with the movers and Cube Smart was right there to help me above all other storages that I had been involved in the past. Recommend Cube Smart.

We rented a storage space at Mansfield Self Storage last year, and still have it. I look forward to going there, and try to stop by the office to say hi to the manager when I go in - shes so nice! Its clean, not too expensive, and really convenient (on my way to work).
