I tried to join but was ignored by the people @ the front desk. I called later & asked to speak to the manager but was told he was on a break & couldnt be disturbed. I called again later & left my name & # for the manager to call me. Of course, he never called. I called the following night & spoke to Ryan, the manager. He wouldnt let me tell my side of the story & was clearly angry. I said I didnt like his attitude & asked for the owners name. He then told me he didnt have to deal with me & hung up. It doesnt get more unprofessional or ruder than that. The corporate headquarters will be interested to hear about this, since I have no recourse but to take this to a higher level.

Its clean, although sometimes youll catch a rude person who doesnt clean the machine after use- but otherwise its a good gym. Ive not joined/participated in any of the classes yet, but theres more than enough at this gym to get me in shape. The staff is often busy, but not rude. They always say hello, good morning or have a great workout. I know many people mentioned having issues cancelling their membership, Im new to this gym so I cant speak to that yet. Oh! I also like the location - its next to a Shop Rite, post office, pharmacy and Italian deli. Every day I go the gym- I can easily pick up any last minute things I need at home

Im being generous giving 1 star. Dont trust that the staff knows the policies og the gym. I went to Retro in June to cancel my account. I knew my year wasnt up yet and told the person at the desk that I did not want my account to renew, that I wanted it canceled. She looked up my account and said she would put a note and let the owner know I didnt want to renew. I confirmed with her that I didnt need to do anything else. She said she would take care of it and my last day would be August 11th. Well on August 11th, my credit card was charged again.

They offer everything I need from a gym, at a fraction of the price, in comparison to the other local gym. The customer service has been nothing shy of professional and courteous when Ive needed it, and their promotions for membership cant be beat (if you catch it at the right time). Overall, I feel they offer a wonderfully well rounded experience, no matter your fitness level and expectations.

Has all the equipment you may want. Lots of cardio treadmills bikes, steppers etc. love the new machines. Could use a larger space for stretching . Great location and plenty of parking. Linda Ross Broker Owner Linda Ross Realty

I enjoy it there, its small hard to move around the machines, but its way better then planet fitness! Theater room could be bigger that was my only disappoint.

Fairly large basic health club/gym with good equipment and a movie room for those so inclined. Staff is friendly and helpful.
