Siding your house!?...Highland Contractors is your answer! My husband and I first met with Marshall Mutnick a company representative. Marshall put our minds at ease with the quality work his team can do. Marshall shared the most (and greatly appreciated) detailed information on how Highland Contractors utilizes top notch quality siding products with professionally qualified installers. After my husband and I had other company quotes we decided Highland Contractors offered the most competitive price along with honest opinions/suggestions with professional installers to do the work. We first had blown-in insulation (on the front of our house) followed by beautiful new vinyl siding (the entire house) and lastly new gutter down spouts. Marshalls siding team (Lorne and Byron) both worked efficiently paying attention to every detail! We absolute love how our house looks now! Awesome work by very professional people! Try Highland Contractors they will exceed your expectations!

Hank Hogan gave us our estimate which the insurance company was more than willing to honor. This means that his estimate was right on the mark. No taking advantage of the fact that there was a lot of damage in Rochester and lots of work to be had. The company was fair! In addition, they were able to squeeze us in early and complete the work quickly. The crew, bless them, were professional and answered all of our questions. In addition, they completely, and I mean completely, cleaned up the site. They even picked bits and pieces of roofing material out of my rose bushes. I cannot rave enough about this company and the work that they did on our home.

I recently purchased a fixer upper and called Highland after doing a search and talked with the owner and told him what I wanted done. He was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to do all the work that I wanted done within the time frame we had agreed upon.What I liked was that he had a staff that had knowledge in all aspects of contracting so there were no "Hidden costs" because he didnt have to bring another contractor in because they do it all!

Phil, I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the new roof. From the time your guys showed up until the time they left was a great experience. They were friendly and did a great job at the end of each day cleaning up. Having never replaced a roof before I would say that it was a great experience dealing with you and your company. Highland Contractors replaced the roof on my timber frame cape. This was not an easy roof. All 12/12 roof pitch, several dormers and valleys and a masonry chimney. Stress skin panels, conventional truss roof and a dense pack cellulose hot roof. I know enough about roofing to know there are many ways to get it wrong. Dudley and the crew did a great job and kept the site clean at the end of each day. The Timberline HD shingles look great.

Thank you for a job exceptionally well done. We agreed to have you do the roofing job on a Thursday. The following Monday the roofing materials and the roll-off were delivered. Eight guys showed up at 7:30 AM the next morning to do the tear off. Nine guys arrived at 7:15 AM the following morning and we had a new roof by 6:15 that night. The roof looks great. Asked for an estimate. I was told that it will cost me $150 to have a FREE estimate done. Unbelievable! I heard their name around town and decided to give them a shot on getting roof and siding done after a wind storm. I guess they think they can charge for FREE estimate, that everyone gives for real free. Dont bother. Find honest people who would not charge for a FREE estimate. As you guessed, I did not deal with them.

Fantastic work!! We live in the finger lakes (Honeoye) area and the team did an excellent job handling our roof tear, laying the tiles and cleanup! They were done quickly, thier work was professional, they were polite, and cleaned very thoroughly. It would be a loss if you went with anyone else! The owner takes great care in the work that is done and is proud of his crew and the work that they do!

Ive been burned in the past and was truely leary of moving forward with my much needed home repairs. Im happy to tell everyone that Phil and his team were tremendous. From wrapping our windows, to fixing our plumbing and electrical issues to a deck extension they truely exceeded my expectations!!! I will only use Highland Contractors in the future and have gladly referred him to many of my friends.

My Roof Never Looked Better! They did a tear off and shingled (approx. 23 squares) my entire roof in less than 8 hours. I went to work and when I returned the entire job was completed. I was impressed and very pleased how my roof turned out. The guys from Highland do great work and are fast and courteous. I will be recommending Highland Contractors to all my friends and family.

During a windstorm a tree limb the size of a 155mm artillery shell impaled itself in my roof. I called Highland and these guys were AWESOME! They found a way to help me on short notice, they were pleasant, their work was thorough and outstanding....and they cleaned up a mess that wasnt even created by them, but by the storm. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys were awesome! They started when they said they were going to and finished before they promised and CLEANED UP so well you did not even know they were there. They were polite and professional and their rates were very very fair. I would hire them again and recommend them to family and friends for sure!
