Weve never.had a good experience with this company, but we have no other options. Multiple times the receptionist has relayed inaccurate info and the wrong type of employer was sent out, many times they come out after being told what is wrong and dont have the right equipment, and have to return days later. We have been waiting on a piece for 6 weeks now.. no piece and we constantly have to call to ask when theyll be out. IF we could use someone else, we would.

They installed my new electrical panel. They didnt accurately label the electrical lines in the panel box. Also as far as I know with the new panels there is a ground bar and a neutral bar that you attach ground wires and neutral wires to respectively. They attached all grounds and neutrals on the same bar depending on which side they entered into the panel box. This is not up to code but apparently is still OK.

The "professional" who came to my home to work on my furnace was incredibly rude and disruptive. While I confirmed with him that the office would call to schedule an appointment, he showed up at my house unannounced. Upon his departure - his parting words with an eye roll were "that was a waste of time." I would HIGHLY recommend seeking alternative services.
