If I could give zero stars I would. Im in the military so I had no choice but to deal with these people. First, they showed up three hours late. When they did show up the all looked like they were hung over. One guy was high on something. When I took them into the house, because like I said I had no choice but to use them because that is who the military gave me, I should them around. The girl that was with them said "Oh this is going to suck". Again I would have kicked them out but I was stuck. So they started packing stuff up. The didnt inventory everything, they didnt label the boxes right and they didnt bring out the high value seals they were supposed to. Then at 5:00pm they literally stopped what they were doing and walked out. I complained that night on their website. Well I was looking at the inventory sheet to see what the hell they had done my wife and I noticed that one of our computers was not on the sheet and not in the house. So the first thing we thought was they had taken it. But before we flipped out I said we can open a couple boxes and try and find it. So we went to the room and opened three box. It was in a box that was not labeled high value, was not sealed and the computer was not in the inventory sheet. The next morning a different crew should up and this one had "One of the company owners with them." So when the lady "Owner" walked in I explained to her the computer issue and that we had found it. At this point the lady got very upset and said "You should not have opened those boxes. Once they are sealed the cannot be opened until they are delivered. Now we have to repack them!". I was floored! The fact that you work for a moving company means you pack boxes. Three boxes was no big deal but she acted like we unpacked the entire house. When they started loading boxes into the truck it was a mad house. Boxes were getting crushed and it was painfully clear that they did not care what so ever if stuff was broken. I told my wife "Well we can expect a lot of broken stuff. The even took our $2500 mattress and used it as a divider for the next shipment they had to pick up. This was only after the cranked a ratchet strap right across the middle of it. So after everything was said and done and our stuff was delivered we had almost $6000 in broken stuff. But the thing that bothers my wife and I the most isnt the attitude or the the broken stuff. That comes with the move. What bothers us the most is the fact that they stole from us. My wifes grandmother (who has passed) bought our daughter a US mint American Eagle 2013 One Ounce Platinum Proof Coin. It cost almost $1400. Before the movers got there I told my wife to make sure we get it off our coin rack. With all the confusion of a military move we both forgot the grab it before the movers arrived. We never saw it again! This company needs to be put out of business! They are horrible at what they do. They have no professionalism. And they are thiefs! Oh and two months have passed and our claim with them is still "Under review". Ive my claim isnt processed by the end of this week I am going to file a BBB complaint, Im going to file a complaint with the attorney generals office, Im going to file a complaint with my congressman and then I am going to do everything in my power to make sure the military never uses this company again.

I have moved quite a bit in my life. I have NEVER had an experience as poor as the one with Fox Hollow. I chose them because they guaranteed me a pickup->delivery flat truck, not a load, unload and store, reload, deliver. Their move estimate was between 4-9 days (fine print ... BUSINESS DAYS). My stuff was picked up on 6/27 and delivered on 7/11 (which according to them was the 9th day due to the holiday). It took them TWO SOLID WEEKS. Have you ever lived in an empty house with NO chairs or mattresses for TWO WEEKS! The truck I was delivered in was NOT the truck that picked up our stuff. I had one of those indoor/outdoor weather stations that tracks max and min temps .... 164 degrees! My stuff sat in a truck or warehouse that reached 164 degrees! And dont get me started with the insurance claim process and what I was actually paid for the damaged stuff that THEY packed and I PAID for! I will NEVER NEVER use Allied again and will tell EVERYONE I can. Fox Hollow Movers are crooks, liars, and cheats. My blood boils at just how bad it was. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Zero Star is also what I would give these folks. Attitude as they walked in the door about lamps not being in boxes. I told the office a lot of things were staying and that we had a very large truck to move us in and we would need a large truck again. They send a small truck, near the end they elected to take a curio cabinet instead of our bed!!! Who would make the decision to not take someones bed. They bumped then dropped our $2k elepitical machine not once but twice and one guy pointed out there was a missing plastic piece the first time and the head of the crew walked around looking for said piece. If that is their way of course someone picked it up. Then at delivery both men dropped it on the ground. At the destination site we have 3 holes in the walls on the inside and the outside there is a broken piece of siding. They also lost a shelf to our fridge. They charge by the hour and they included breaking down and setting up for lunch in that time. This is the 4th time I have dealt with movers and they were by far the worst!

Yesterday (25 May 2017) the crew that came to pack my stuff came on time and "looked professional", that was the only good thing I have to say. Today after everything got in the truck to be shipped and they left, I started to clean the house, to find out the packing crew from yesterday opened and stole a pair of LG headphones and a Atom Bluetooth. Both brand new in the package. When I started to clean I saw both boxes thrown on the floor with a pile of trash and items they couldnt take. This is my last Military move. I will go out of my way to ensure no Soldier pass through my experience with this Ghetto Company. Probably the few 5 stars reviews are their own employees to get a bonus. If I was able to get a decision on who is coming I would not get a company with a 2.6 average review.

From start to finish, what could have been a very stressful experience, this was easy. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. We have done many moves and this has been one of the easiest companies to work with by far. I did not experience any of the negative comments posted in other reviews. Quite the contrary, we where quoted a certain $$ amount for the move based on the info I had given them and was advised that the final cost could be adjusted up or down. Normally you expect that it ends up being in the companies favor and you end up paying more, not in this case. Fox Hollow Movers treated us with fairness and adjusted the final cost down. Moving is never easy, but everyone I dealt with made our move as easy as possible.
