I had high hopes for these guys after talking to (I assume) the boss to schedule the move. Come moving day though, things were completely different. First of all, they were late and didnt bother calling me until I had tried the company number (which no one answered) numerous times. I only got a call back when I tracked down a second number (which they still didnt answer) but did finally call back. I told the boss that space was going to be at a premium and I needed an experienced crew who knew how to use space. What I got was 4 guys who put stuff on the back of the truck and walked away. They werent prepared with tools for eventualities like having to remove refrigerator doors. I mean, come on, its pretty obvious that my tools are packed up for the move. They didnt remove the drawers and shelves from the refrigerator and were lucky to not break them when they fell out while getting the refrigerator into the truck. While they were friendly, they were also unprofessional, talking about things like their kids watching porn and the wife blaming the husband for it. I had to leave to pick up another uhaul trailer and left them to finish filling the main truck. They were in too much of a hurry, or simply didnt care enough, to carefully and thoughtfully pack, and wasted close to 1/3 of the space on the truck with haphazard placement of items. Ironically, when we arrived at our new location the other moving company got to a part of the truck that *I* had packed and commented about how "at least they got this part right"... yeah, the part I did. The guy whos never packed a moving truck. Ironically, they had refused to add any more items unless my mom signed a damage waiver. (Like it matters, they dont take responsibility for anything anyway) As we unpacked the truck, we discovered numerous damaged items from their carelessness. We had 10 dozen uhaul moving blankets and they didnt use a single one to cover or wrap anything unless I initiated it myself. We had significant damage to at least 3 pieces of (expensive) furniture that they packed and none to anything I packed. All in all, an expensive, frustrating experience and I would;t recommend this company to anyone to move anything except maybe cattle.

They did a great job helping me with a simple move. I needed help getting my couch up and over the balcony of my second floor apartment, and down to the ground floor. When I moved in, the previous movers hoisted the couch up and over the balcony to get it in, because it was too big to fit through the door. So it had to go out the same way it came in. They helped me move the couch in 20 mins flat, without any damage. They used a moving blanket and treated my couch with care.

DO NOT USE! Day of move they did not show. I booked in advance and called again to confirm 2 days before. When they finally called they offered the excuse they were up late moving and would try to come. An hour and a half later they called back to say one of the guys car broke down and they wouldnt be coming. They left me in the lurch! Unprofessional and unreliable!

Matt and Justin were professional, careful, efficient, and really, really good at packing our 26 truck as tightly as possible. Arrived on time, worked the whole time; were very friendly and knowledgeable about how to get the most out of our space. Were so glad we hired them to do our heavy lifting and spatial planning!

Nope , I was wrong about this company, the boss treats his employees very unfairly and doesnt appreciate them in the least bit. The boss contradicts himself at every turn. I would not recommend them if only because workers are treated poorly and grossly underpaid.. Would give zero stars if possible.
