Talk about convenience! I was in quite a predicament with needing to move the contents of my storage rooms and a good amount of furniture in order to prep my home for staging. I was overwhelmed and extremely stressed trying to figure out a plan until I went on the CHHJ website Sunday afternoon to get an estimate. Within five to ten minutes I had received an email response, and within fifteen minutes I received a phone call. Due to the size of the job, they needed to send an estimator out to get a better idea of what I needed done. To my surprise, the estimator was able to come out the very next day! Even better news; it turned out that they had an opening in their schedule on Tuesday!!! I was SO thrilled with how fast they responded and how quickly they scheduled the work to be done! On Tuesday morning, Joel and Harry arrived right on time. They were both professional, friendly, and very helpful. They had an idea of what needed done from the estimate, but I had forgotten to mention a few things to the estimator. Luckily, this was no issue whatsoever! They handled my belongings with care and ease while working very efficiently to get everything done (the right way). I was extremely impressed; some of the furniture was on the heavier side. They got their truck packed up and I met them over at my storage units. They packed up my units efficiently and handled everything with great care. Nothing broke, there were no mishaps, and the entire process was STRESS FREE for me. Their pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount of work I needed done and for providing their own truck. I was very happy with the results and that the entire process went so smoothly. Between the person I spoke to on the phone, the estimator, and the two movers, I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be using CHHJ again in the future. Thanks again Harry and Joel!

George and Harry that helped move were absolutely spectacular. They called to tell me their arrival time and then called again to let me know that they would be there even earlier. They came into my home as professionals, asked questions, did a walk through and reviewed everything that they were taking. They were friendly guys who my husband and I very much enjoyed talking and working with and they packed everything into their truck with great care! Our goal was to get all the boxes and misc furniture over to our storage unit and George and Harry organized the inside with amazing ability and experience of what they were doing. They really took care of our items and were gracious the entire time. It was hot work and they got it done super fast! I had a three hour minimum and we were done in 2! Was completely happy to pay the extra hour for this extraordinary team! They saved us a lot of time and energy getting everything we needed out! When we move all our items to our storage unit, we will be calling and requesting George and Harry! When were ready to move into our newly built home, well be calling and requesting George and Harry! When were ready to clean out our storage unit, well be calling and requesting George and Harry! You hear so many horror stories of when people move but if I have George and Harry, Im not worried at all! Thank you for the great price of your service, the professionalism Ive experienced from everyone and the fantastic team I received! Nothing but the highest praise for the HUNKS and no need to go anywhere else for my moving needs!

My husband and I hired college hunks moving West Chester for a move into the city. Jon accommodated our last minute request and even when they were booked, he was able to get more guys to accommodate our move. 5 Star customer service! From the minute they arrived they were polite and courteous and very careful with our items. Even the manager Mike showed up to make sure things went smoothly. Top notch service. We had a complicated move in as we were moving into the city on the third floor. They were very efficient and helped us re-assemble our furniture. We had one small snag in that our couch wouldnt fit the narrow entryway but not their fault. Logan and Jon completed the job UNDER the estimated time!! All of our items were carefully transported and nothing was damaged. Overall, extremely satisfied and absolutely would hire them again for a future move. Also a huge bonus is that they take credit cards on site! Very easy payment process!

I was so glad I called College Hunk when it came time to remove and donate my old furniture! Joel and Sam were great! They called to see if it was alright for them to arrive early! Score a point for being punctual and efficient. I live in a three story walk up condo with a narrow stairway. When I moved in the movers struggled to get the sofa up the stairs, so I was worried that the guys who have trouble removing the sofa - they didnt even blink an eye! Without hesitation the sofa was up, out the door, and down 3 flights of steps! The chair and ottoman quickly followed. Score another point for ease of service. Overall the process and experience was awesome! I have no problem paying a price for premium service that is not just lip service, but actually delivered. These guys did an awesome job, and now I am just waiting for the new furniture to arrive. I would recommend College Hunks for any moving job!

Could not have been better. We needed them to clear out a basement, chock full of 40 years of our junk & the junk of our 2 adult children who had been using our basement as a storage unit and now, as a repository for stuff they no longer wanted. We were scheduled for 8:30-10:30a.m. They arrived at 8:30 and were done by 9:30 after filling 5/8 of a truck. The cost was $465+tip. A little pricey but theres no way that my aged body could have done it so Im quite pleased. The 2 guys were professional, personable & amiable. When asked to do an extra chore like taking up & removing the old, mouldy carpet, it was done cheerfully. It really was a seamless & painless process. Wed recommend these guys to anyone without qualification or reservation.

Great overall experience from initial interaction on phone (they called on a Sunday in response to an email sent 10 minutes earlier via their web site!). Movers coordinated with me closely by phone during the two pick-ups before arriving at my home with wooden cabinets and a washer and dryer. Took great care of cabinets, wrapping them top to bottom in bubble wrap, made sure our pets were secure before moving in and out of the house, moved furniture back in place, and moved some additional items for me when they finished job before hourly minimum was up. All three guys were professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Great peace of mind not having to beg family and friends to spend hours moving stuff around. Highly recommend!

Unreliable. Movers arrived over 3 hrs late which is inconvenient, but understandable. Since the move was behind schedule, we had to leave the movers behind to finish loading the truck while we went ahead to ensure we could still secure the elevator for the load in at our new apartment. When the movers arrived, several of our containers have obviously fallen and spilled out and were hastily reloaded, one of our bags is still MIA, and they left behind (5) 7 ft long pieces of my disassembled bed. The bed was fully disassembled and all pieces were labeled, bound, and organized for easy identification and transportation - I really cant understand how they managed to load half and leave half behind.
