I didnt have any issues the last few times I went here and to the contrary to what some may have experienced. Not my experience wasnt 5 stars and has reflected accordingly on this review but it did not warrant a one or two star review because I was inconvenienced by the system indoor service being provided. have read a couple of the previous comments on here and it disheartens me at the amount of impatience that we have become as Humanity towards each other. We are in a Time where everybody wants to do them job with minimum amount of people and that causes a shortage both on customer service, quality and efficiency of services rendered. If youre upset that your product didnt make it there on time maybe you should have open up your wallet and paid a little bit extra for FedEx or UPS and then if youre product, package or item didnt make it on time I could see you having a a little bit more of a position to make a complaint. For the individual that made the comment underneath mine, may I remind you that you are a military professional so posting content with your picture in the uniform is not appropriate so please keep that in mind for future reviews.

So first off to every one that has given this post office a one star or has complained about having to wait when they only have two people working the front desk......SHUT UP ALREADY geeze Ive never once have read soo many whinny complaints. Its normally two workers in the front how fast do you expect them to move. Aside from the fact that fast is never fast enough or you damn people will find some thing else to complain about. This post office has done a very good with very kind people, so if you dont like it go to the damn FED-EX OR UPS office. As for the ones who have legitimate complaints about their packages. If the office there wont take care of you then call the 1-800 customer service number thats what its there for and stop with this IM DEVASTATED crap im sure worst things have happen to you. But like i stated before thank you to the post office workers here at this location for being friendly, always explaining any process or any questions that we may have and thank you for the best customer service you guy give us.

Good luck getting them to answer their phone. Have been calling for weeks and if the phone doesnt ring continuously all I get is a busy signal. I no longer live in NY so I cant just go up to the office, which Im pretty sure wouldnt be very pleasant. Even when I did live in Watertown my mail was never delivered daily and the mailperson would deliver at the most oddball times of the night and place my packages on my neighbors porch so I would wait for days for important items. Have never seen anything like this. Horrible!

Ive never gone into this post office without getting attitude from the staff... especially Cindy. I dread having to come to this post office. I just spent a half hour standing at the front desk waiting for them to bring me a package that I called in to hold this morning, not to mention the difficulty I faced getting a hold of someone .... it should have been ready for me to pick up... but its not a surprise because everyone who works here clearly has their head in their ass!

I sent a package through this post office that had taken several months to compile. When it was received, there was absolutely nothing in the box- it was completely empty. I am now in a long process to attempt finding the contents of that package. When I returned to the post office to see if they knew anything and the woman (Cindy) refused to look or work with me. I am beyond devastated this would happen. I highly recommend no one ever use this post office.

they dont know what in the hell they are doing!! Every time I have a package that has to come to my door the mail man NEVER brings it up!! He is so damn lazy it never fails. I cant stand them and they are so damn rude! They act like Im the one that is in the wrong! I want my damn mail when Im posed to get it not 3-4 days later! They will also loose your mail that you send out too! So u better get a tracking number. I really dont like them at all!

First of all, no one EVER answers the phone. Ive been in there and can hear a phone ringing and the men working ignore it, I have personally tried calling and have NEVER once spoke with someone on the phone from this usps. And second, going to this post office is an absolute pain. The wait is way too long, even if Im the 2nd person and line..... Why is it like this? Is it really that hard????

Mail is often late, and never consistent. They sometimes will mess up deliveries and will wait to the next day to fix it because drivers are too lazy to correct their error same day. No one in the office knows how to pick up a phone or get back to you so you have to check every half an hour or you will be forgotten. No wonder USPS is going down the drain.

They dont deliver your mail when you should get it... bills in the mail people and late fees when you dont get the mail until after its due.... youre wasting my money! And then when you call them to deal with the issue no answer and have called 12 times today alone!!!!! And then they wonder why they dont have funding... get it together!!!!

I own a bulk mail company called Americoups. We mail 20,000 coupon books to all homes in Watertown and on Ft. Drum. The delivery service of the local USPS is outstanding! Love these guys. If the U.S. Congress would allow them the money and means to hire someone to answer their phones, theyd be perfect!

This locations staffing is as worst as New York itself. Tracked a priority package from shipper only to have it return to sender without any attempt to deliver. So, I lose money on upgraded shipping! Freakin MORONS!
