Went there several times only to be rudely told by the postmaster that because Im coming from the next town over that they dont get "credit" for shipping my package even though this was the closest post office to my house. I would even usually purchase stamps or packaging materials from here. After twice myself and my husband both got yelled at for the same thing we completely stopped going there altogether. I suggest everyone do the same even people from Mohnton should go to Kenhorst from now on

This rude man that everyone is talking about, his name is Kevin. I agree I dont think he should be working in any government position or anywhere in the private sector. When calling with the problem and he cannot answer your question or even help you he will hang up on you, and I guess he gets away with this because you cannot reach any post master in Pennsylvania. I wonder what theyll do when the internet put them out of business?

there has never been a time where any person there has been anything but helpful and courtious from the cleaning lady to the post master and everyone in between maybe its you the attitude and persona you cast about yourself starts a relationship as Harry Truman said I never gave anyone hell just told them the truth and they thought it was hell

I actually drive to the Kenhorst post office because the Mohnton people are rude. Im very disappointed. Where I use to live the postal worker that delivered to me was so friendly I loved bumping into her. Going to the post office was fine too because they were very friendly.

Unfortunately I live in there delivery area, and most of my mail does not get delivered. Any packages are never delivered and I have had multiple amazon orders stolen by usps employees, to the point of amazon paying the difference to send ups. Stay away at all costs!

The man who works at the desk is extremely condescending. Cant ask him anything without him making you feel like youre an idiot for asking. He was honestly talking to me like I was a child. Heres a tip: dont work somewhere that requires you to interact with people.

Incredibly rude people work there , I only go there if absolutely necessary, Id much rather drive the extra distance to the shillington post office where Ive always been treated great. As far as mail delivery its terrible, I get mail about twice a week on average

Rude! The male that works the front area is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He talks to people like they are stupid when questions are asked when HE is the one who doesnt know the correct answer.

Cathy, who works the counter, is great. Have not had problem with anyone who works the counter. Have had delivery problems but nothing serious. Never encountered any rudeness.

Watch these people very closely. Even for government workers, they are incredibly incompetent. Two of my packages were sent postage due even though I paid in the office.
