Being new to the area, I found myself walking by Safeguard Storage. When my stuff arrived I found I wanted to put some of my items in storage. I called and the call center set me up. Within minutes I received a call from Jose. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone and even better in person. When I arrived, he was waiting for me. He took time to explain everything to me and asked what I was storing and made suggestions. I found myself staying after the transaction just to talk with him. If hes not the manager then he needs to be. My husband even thought Jose was cool and my husband is VERY critical of people. Jose didnt try to oversell, he was personable, he listened and he was thoughtful and thorough. I did business there because he made it worth it!! I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Yonkers area.

Horrible customer service!! The front desk employee was disrespectful and seem as though he had better things to do then help the customer. He rushed us and was constantly saying he had a bus to catch and we needed to hurry with moving our things in. Even when we had made a mistake getting a key fobb he clearly showed he was upset by sucking his teeth and saying out loud "oh common man seriously now I have to do this all over again!" It is very disrespectful to act as if customers are an inconvenience expecially during times of major move outs. Never again!

The facility is clean and access is easy. Customer service was excellent, friendly, articulate, patient, well informed and helpful! I love the drive in bay that makes dropping off items so easy and protected from weather. Id prefer to not have the music so I can hear if others are on the floor, thinking about safety. But the cameras everywhere and live feed on monitors downstairs handles that concern. Thank you Denise for a wonderful experience and a well run facility....well worth the price!

Jose was very helpful in getting me situated with a storage unit this September. I bumped into him on his way out for lunch and he actually clocked back in to take care of me. This was much appreciated since I drove over an hour to get there although he did not know that. As a first time renter I felt everything was clear and well explained. Highly recommended for your storage needs.

Denise and Jose at Safeguard storage are both extremely friendly and welcoming! They make sure to do their best to accommodate all of their customers. The facility is always very clean and up to par! There is also always ample amount of parking! Highly recommend this storage unit!
