I recently went into this store checking their prices for my mother. When I walked in, I was immediately acknowledged by two employees who introduced themselves to me. One was restocking their locks and the other behind the counter. They gave me a tour and showed me 3 different sizes. The staff was very patient with me and all my questions. I never used storage before and neither has my mother. All in all a wonderful experience. We will definitely rent with them when late June comes around. Prices were not too bad either. They even tried to get me to rent by offering me a lower price than originally offered. They seem to work with their customers. Definitely rent with ExtraSpace. So far....they got my interest! :-)

It was decent and clean. The staff was helpful, but the room in which I had was not very good. Check the lighting and if you have a sprinker cap in the room it can destroy your stuff with water if it goes off. In addition, they are not very forgiving if you are late with payments. The assess an 85 fee and move to auction almost immediately. The only thing that is good that you do unlike some other places have up until the day before to make your payment and they will even take credit card. Once you are in auction, some places cut you off permanently up to 20 days before auction and will only take cash.

I came in to get a Storage unit for the summer because I am a student at Fordham University and needed to store my stuff over the summer. All of the staff there were extremely helpful and fun to talk to, and I left the store in a better mood than I was in when I entered. It was a super easy process, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were extremely friendly. I will definitely be coming back every summer, and recommending this place to all of my friends.

I just walked in to pay my monthly fee and just had to comment on how clean and fresh the facility looked & smelled. As usual, the staff was pleasant and extremely courteous to us all. They always attentive to my needs and concerns. I am a tenant for almost 6 years. Although I now live in Westchester, I would never think of relocating. The customer service here at this Fordham location is exemplary and I thank you for asking. Keep up the great work!

I am estatic that extra space has been convenient to my storage needs. The storage facility is clean and inviting. The staff there are tentative to all of my customer service needs. Upon entrance it was very welcoming. I was greeted by both representatives in the facility, and they seemed very eager and willing to help. They showed me the general lease summary and different storage spaces that I could rent/lease/have. They were very quick and efficient gentlemen who wanted the best interest of the customer. I would definitely return and recommend this location to friends and family in need of storage space.

I must say this storage facility was very clean, pleasant, and staff friendly. I went in to get some information for a friend regarding a space and I was so pleased I ended up renting a space for myself. Great prices and felt secured about the facility. They had servilence all around the facility. Staff members were very informant and upfront about the rental. If you are looking for outstanding service this is the place to go!

A few months ago I needed a space to store a few things. The staff was wonderful and assisted me. The place was clean and the restroom smelled like you could have lunch in there. Well, I needed to get a bigger space. Once again, the staff was AWESOME. I will keep my things here instead of moving them to some place closer because you can not beat great service and a clean and safe environment. Thank you.

This is a great storage facility; super clean. the staff is excellent. i been using this storage facility for more than 7 months and everything has been great. The only bad review i would have to give them is the hours, they close very early on the week and most of us finish working at 5 and they close at 6pm so i have no time o go on the week. But other then this Im happy so far!!

This place for a storage place is very good , its a very friendly environment An its very clean inside the hallways and the units are clean. I would recommend this storage place to my friends I got very good service there. An the staff work with you an try to get you the best price that fits ur budget. its an A plus in my book !!!!! I have no complaints!!

This Extra Space Storage location made my moving experience. the staff was very friendly, great customer service and very pleasant. I would recommend anyone needing storage space to check out this location. I have had storage spaces in other cities however, I received the best service at this location. Horrible service, dont use them. Rude staff, uncooperative. They close before they say do, half an hour early. There is no parking. On the phone they told me I would be pro-rated for the month as long as I was less than 10 days into the next month when i left, nope 6 days in and they say i have to pay for the whole month. Never again!

I am a regular customer at this location, the stsff are very professional and personable. They make you feel at home. The facility is very clean and secured. Genelle, Ed, Joseph, and Desiree are great at what they do. I recommend this storage to anyone who wants great customer service, and great prices for a great space.

I love that I found an Extra Space Storage site right by where I live. The employees are extremely helpful and I appreciate how clean the building always is. I dont have to worry about anything happening to my things and being able to pay my bill online is an extra bonus. My only issue is that theyre closed on Sundays.

The staff was very helpful and explained the process for opening my storage space. It was an easy process and they showed me what would be convenient for me instead of pushing the most expensive option as other places do. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Extra Space Storage to friends and family.

I recommend extra storage located on west Fordham to anyone. They have any size storage, clean, and easy access in and out. Especially the assistant store manager ( Desiree Nieves) was so amazing with me. She guided me through everything and explains any problems that I had with my storage or bill payment. *****
