I just had the most horrible customer service experience at the Nyack location. After trying to get ahold of someonr on the phone of this location for 2 days, leaving unreturned phone messages, I finally got an answer. A "gentleman" by the name of Stanley answered and was extremely unprofessional the whole conversation. When i told him i would be contacting headquarters, and report how condescending he was to me during the whole conversation, he said "since you want condescending, ill give you condescending." And hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call the main office...(again)nobody answered. When I showed up to the storage facility he made it a point to tell me that he couldnt care less. Ive never experienced such horrible customer service. I will make it a point to leave my review on google, yelp, etc.

Note: the units are definitely not climate controlled, and insulation from the outside is minimal. That said, they do provide storage. I use it because of the location, there are climate controlled units within a few miles at the same price. If you can handle their automated billing system, which can be relentless if you are not always timely, it works. Nothing more. Moving supplies and grumpy service available at the office. Hours somewhat limited.

Employee answered my call put e on hold twice to help other customers, I asked three times if I could just get a quick price on a 5 x 5 and the last time he asked if I he could call me back... I asked a fourth and last time if he could just give me a price and he snarled and hung up on me.

I have rented space at the Nyack Keepers Storage for the last 5 years. The space is always well cared for and in excellent condition. The staff is helpful and friendly. I like that they give you 2 flat carts for the second floor. This makes it really easy to load and unload. Recommended.

The male black attendant in the morning is very pleasant, I inquired about storage and he is looking to help. Convince location to drop off the Uhaul truck.. The only down side is that there is not a drop off box... Other than that place is good....

I am a tenant of Keepers Self Storage in Nyack, NY which has satisfied my storage needs for 20 years. Overall, I highly recommend their efficient customer service: the storage site is conveniently located @exit 11 of the NY State Thruway.

I Recently had a storage unit with this company and had rented a U-Haul truck, A+ customer service, the two gentlemen Demetri & Stanley who work in the office were extremely kind & helpful. Facility is always clean and well maintained.

Dont rent a uhaul truck from them . trucks dirty banged up wires hanging windows dont work. We rented two trucks one someone urinenated in the back the rented it to us and we complained and we got what do you expect
