I first want to start out by saying I dont believe that all safeguard self storage locations have bad customer service. But at this particular location I have gotten the worst service ever. The first day I went into this location I was greeted by a gentleman named JOSEPH. While showing me the storage unit I asked questions like most perspective customers would do and thats when the back and forth started. He raised his voice and got very defensive as if he wasnt there to answer questions about the storage unit. At that point I decided the best thing to do was leave. If you are unhappy in the field you are working in get a new job. Theres no excuse for an employee to disrespect a perspective customer when their only trying to inquire about a storage unit at a STORAGE FACILITY. To make matters worse I received a call from Joseph today 7/17/17 saying that I didnt put my initials on a part of the document and when I asked him why didnt he direct me to do that while I was there on 7/2/17 he had no answer then made something up about me not signing the receipt. He already harassed me about taking some survey now Im receiving a phone call with some fabricated story about my signature from 15 days ago. Truly disappointed.

I have experience with these storage(Safeguard) on the past but on Queens. Here, in 1635 Albany Ave, the customer care has too much to say (even though , that a young lady is the attendee)She is rude and she wants to force to do things( give your social security, these is not a credit space or long time commitment) and add (insurance ) there is not supervisor or manager to whom you can address any problem. Be careful before make any reservation and I suggest to go at least 1 day on advance to make sure is what they are offering online.

Safeguard Storage on Albany and Avenue H is wonderful very clean very comfortable good smelling and the staff is wonderful and make you feel very comfortable they are very respectable there and I wil and the staff is wonderful and make you feel very comfortable they are very respectable there and I would always use Safeguard Storage when I need to use a storage unit

I just started renting a locker today, and based on my first impressions Im glad I chose this location. The assistant manager was courteous and personable, and made it a very smooth process -- you cant beat excellent customer service! The facility was clean, brightly lit, and easy to enter and exit. Very satisfied!
