Been a local my whole life. Saw the new storage pop up and decided to work with a local storage place. Albeit looking new and clean the employees are not there to help you but rather to simply sit there. No communication with customers and always complaining and not helping. Dawn was just horrible. She doesn not know how to deal with people or manage a problem. Horrible just horrible. Because of her I could not go to work and really put me in a tough spot and I am stuck with the things I need to store. Big problem not worth dealing with. There are more storages in the area.

I was going to look for storage at a facility up the block when I saw the sign for Metro on the way. I saw it was a new place so I decided I would go in and get details. The lady Dawn I spoke with was so nice. She walked around showing us the units until we found the one that could accomodate all our furniture. She was very helpful and so friendly. Will helped us when we were trying to unload some stuff before closing. I would definetly reccomend Metro to my friends and family.

For someone renting a storage unit for the first time, I must say the process was amazing. William (and his colleagues) are the best !!! He walked me through the entire process and left no questions unanswered. And he did not pressure me to finalize my decision to rent (unlike the rep at public). He was understanding and extremely patient. Not to mention, the place is clean, and not a gigantic maze (like public is). I would definitely refer my family and friends to public !!!

The staff there is wonderful...... William and Dawn are soooo friendly and helpful. When I was deciding which size unit to rent they were HAPPY to show me all of the different sizes and ones in different configurations in regards to their location in the building. Always a warm wonderful welcome when you enter the office. Definitely glad I rent from this location no high pressure selling like the competition down the street.

Having a storage place in Staten Island for years, I most recently moved my belongings over to Metro Storage in Brooklyn. After about a week I took another unit for my business. The facility is clean the staff is friendly and it is a pleasure coming and going. After about 3 weeks I am greeted by name every time I go to my units. Great customer Service!!!

I dont know what is wrong with the guy who commented Thomas B but this is the nicest, cleanest, best looking, and cheapest place in Brooklyn and thats a fact. I looked at 10 storage places in Brooklyn and this was the best one i have looked at. I am very happy I have a storage unit at Metro storage Brooklyn

The Hot Corner

The facility is immaculate - but what makes this place so special are the people. Dawn, Nyjah & William are all so helpful. It is almost like they are welcoming you into their "home" There are always brand new commercial strength carts available to load in.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They have an inside area to pull your vehicle into. On top of a ll that the monthly fee is about 1/3 of the price of the same size unit I was renting at another place. And this one I dont have to use a ladder.

Ended up with a damaged car due to a faulty gate and tried to blame it on us Staff was not helpful in the least bit. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will file a complaint and ensure that the company knows what kind of staff they give employment.
