Ive been a Public Storage customer at the location on Market Street in Upper Darby, PA for a little bit under 2 years now however I reside not to far from the location on the BQE I recently came in to get some information on how I would go about doing a transfer if I wanted to move from the facility in PA to this location because I dont really get the chance to go to my current unit due to the distance and my work schedule. When I came in I was greeted from the moment I walked in the door and the 2 guys that were there were very helpful with providing me with the information that I needed. They even went as far as to showing me a few spaces even though I wasnt sure when and if I would be moving. Definitley considering making the move to this location. Not only is the location very clean and the customer service is great. They also have longer hours which work perfectly around my work schedule.

We Just Moved here to Astoria from Rhode Island and Have a a 5 Bedroom House Full of Stuff. For now until we buy a new house we needed a storage space as we now have a 1 bedroom apt. So we came into the store and was Happily greeted by Lady. Now Ive heard some Horror stories about storing things in a storage Unit but Leydi was very instrumental, in our finding the perfect storage unit for us. We were actually going to get something much bigger than we actually needed and she showed us the perfect unit for us. She also helped us with some storage supplies that we didnt think we needed but after accessing the situation we found that we actually did need it. Thanks so Much for making our Move Much easier than we thought and for being very attentive to our needs rather than a bottom line. If you come to this Public Storage Ask for Lady. She is the BEST!!

Last week I went shopping for storage units. Wasnt sure what size I needed or how these things work so I was a bit scared going in. My boyfriend and I go to Public Storage first since it is near my house. We go in and are pleasantly greeted by Dee. We tell her what were looking for and she takes us up to the second floor and she nailed it!!!! 2 thumbs up and a gold star this young lady knows her stuff. She was sweet, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of her job. When I went back the following week to make my payment and pick up some boxes once again Dee was there and greeted me as I walked in. Always smiling and super sweet. Public Storage DEE is your top employee!! Jennifer

They will totally screw you. Noemi, the "lovely" manager who I spoke with last week put a perfect storage unit on hold for me: ( 5x10, first floor, climate controlled, etc.) She promised my reservation was good for 7 days and provided a confirmation number. Five days later I call right before I drive over to fill out the paperwork and speak to the same person, Noemi, on the phone who tells me they no longer have the unit... REALLY!? Apparently they couldnt call me out of courtesy to let me know someone was interested in the unit and give me a chance to come in earlier. Total crap customer service, Id rather store my belongings in a dumpster.

Ive utilized this location more than once while in between moving homes. The experience has been very good both times. The staff is professional and courteous. Ive interacted with Matt, the manager and Lady at the front desk and I am thankful for their outstanding customer service, as there were many times that they truly went above and beyond when I needed assistance while at the facility. I highly recommend this location if you need to store your items. Do keep in mind that that it is best to have your items packed well in boxes and in an organized way, so that you will have the best possible preservation of your things.

I rented a unit on Sunday and was attended by a nice young girl name Keikei. Fortunately she fixed the error that had been made by a former employee. She explain everything professionally, politely and step by step. I was very unhappy going there but leaving I felt I was in good hands. Public storage should have more employees like Keikei very intelligent young lady. When you work with the public you should know your job and if you dont know prices or sizes of the units as an employee it is always good to ask question so you can learn your job better. Good employees make a good business.

I went to public storage located on 49thst & bqe my partner and I where in search for a few boxes because we are moving into a 2 bed room apt. I intially went in for a few boxes just to get started Darnica presented a promotion she called 35-15 which essentially is for a 2 bed room apt and other packing products I could not turn down the opportunity so I took advantage and now i have all I need she was a great sales person and could not stop smiling she did a fantastic job she asked me to do a Google review on the store service so here I am, my partner was satisfied as well

This location is a good location, its hard to find if your not familiar with the streets. The employees are nice they can and will help you. The best thing to do before purchasing a space is going into he location and looking at the sizes first. The only thing is the bathroom is always having an issue. I dont recommend taking a space close to the restroom. When you go in make sure you ask for Thai & Dee, these young ladies are the best. Thanks Dee for waiting for us to finish unload!!!!! These two ladies are the reason why I took the space.

My wife rented at Public storage recently. She was greeted right away by Shivonne and Leydi with a warm welcoming. My wife accidentally selected a locker without knowing the size and realized we needed a bigger unit. Shivonne had no problem with showing us a unit that would fit what we was looking for and she Got us a great price! Facility is very clean! Staff are very helpful! Location was hard to find but I think the young lady name was Kianni who was able to help us once we called for direction. Outstanding customer service Thank You

I had very nice experience from the time I enter the office and till I got out. Thairiny and Latoya were so nice and helpful. I got so much stuff with me, which was so heavy and I was so nervous taking all those stuff right from the entrance to my locker. But these two sweet ladies helped me to take the stuff inside in the office and also they helped me to take my things to the locker. They also helped me while I was using ladder to take my heavy stuff up there in the locker room. I really love the way they took care of me.

Do not believe the promotion, they will be increase in price after you move in everything. I have very bad experience. And they have serious racial discrimination,I started renting the warehouse in February, using the online offer, and now my warehouse is full, they start to add my rent， I used a lot of warehouses, the other is the real offer, only this is a liar, they use the offer to Bring the customer in, but they will increase the price very shortly.
