BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! This is an awful facility with a rude staff who could care less about their customers. Their communication is slow and inadequate. I made the mistake of going back on my initial impression of them simply because I ran a business in a loft building next door. When I went there the first day, the woman in the front was so shockingly rude that I walked out. She is also rude over the phone. After making the mistake of doing business with them, I experienced the following: - Difficulty in getting accurate and consistent information from their staff. I had serious concerns that were not handled in a timely manner that resulted in fees. Whether I attempted to call or email, it was almost impossible to get in contact with the right people. For some reason, they think that they can be in the service industry yet demand that people work around the times when they feel like being service providers. I think that this is done on purpose. -The building is filthy and not laid out in a way that makes accessing all units sensible. -The three times that I went in to speak with the staff, I had to stand behind screaming angry customers who had items destroyed in the building (I see where one documented their saga below), another who lost items due to a lack of proper climate control and another who was being double billed via their auto-pay system. They were extremely aggressive and rude with those customers. It was a big red flag that I needed to get my stuff out. There are one too many storage facilities in the area to use such a place. It seems that the absentee owners have proxy managers who could care less about how their business is being run. Terrible!

I been using this storage company for 5 years and have not been disappointed yet. The late fee of $25 is reasonable and o love how you can be 1 month behind but must always pay the next month bill. My unit hasnt had any insect problems or rodent. The warehouse is always clean and the staff are great . Very helpful and have always spoken in a polite manner. I would recommend using this storage company.

I am closing my account!!! They are extremely unprofessional. They rip you off with late fees and misc charges because they dont mail your bill out on time. They charge over 10% of your monthly bill if you are 1 day late which equals to $25. late fee. When you call to get an explanation, they act ghetto and get frustrated. Run and dont look back!

These people are so nice. I dont know what the other person is talking about about a 10% late fee after 1 day?? There is a $25 late fee if u r late no matter how big your unit is and there is a grace period of at least a week.

Things here are nice but I had my stuff in their units for a couple months and everything came out roach infested. My guess is they are all over the place as units are open gates on the top.
