There is a big problem with service! The hours are not clearly listed so I went by again at lunch today. I know someone was there because there was two purses on the counters there they cut hair. I waited 15 minutes then made some noise but no response. I called them while I was standing right there and let it ring for 15 minutes. No answer machine but it sure was a loud ring. I heard it standing right in the salon. I decided to do a little shopping and went by the salon again. There was a young girl hiding behind the wall but I could see her reflection and she was just texting. I tried to call but she did not move. I just left - never to return. I have used this salon for years but it just keeps getting worst!!! Where can you get good help these days!!! Make a store policy - NO TEXTING during working hours.

I wanted to take a moment to apologize to those adversely affected by this location. We are now under new management and have a fresh new staff. You will be seeing positive changes from the caliber of stylist and our commitment to being open when our hours say we are open. The hours at this location are Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. We have a whole new team and are anxious to rebuild our reputation. Thank you for giving us a second chance to show you our excellent work.

I went to get highlights and showed the lady a picture of the colors i wanted which was blonde brown and black and she put only red in. I will never go back
