Probably the worst experience I have ever had in the 26 years I have gone to get my hair done! The woman who called me over didnt even bother to ask my name. She quickly wrapped the cape around me, tucking about half of my hair underneath and almost started cutting. I kindly stopped her and asked if she would wash my hair, which was what I asked for when I signed in. She shampooed and conditioned my hair in under 2 minutes...which completely defeated the purpose of the process. Which shampooing, she was talking to her coworker about taking her break next. I asked for a straight cut to even the inverted Bob from the back forward, and to avoid putting any layers in. She cut my hair in about 10 minutes, half-breed my hair, and gave me the mirror. When I mentioned that my back was longer than the front, she had me look down and she cut my one side, making the hair even more uneven. She blamed what I saw on a flip in my hair, but instead I have a huge cut out over my shoulder, that I will now have to go elsewhere to correct! Honestly, I couldnt be more disappointed with the result.

i went in there giving probably the worst outline of what i wanted for my hair and the hair stylist (i wish i could remember her name, but she had blue hair!) still managed to give me a great hair cut. she was super patient with me and i noticed that they kept a pretty steady flow with all the other customers, even when it became busier. very happy!
