There are too many great things to say about Jhovannas to list them all here, but Id be doing her a disservice if I didnt say that her service is top-notch. It doesnt get any better than Jhovannas hair salon! I have had my hair cut and styled by Jhovanna since she worked at Bubbles in the Dulles Town Center, and since then, Ive had the pleasure of watching her start her own hair salon. Shes gone from employee to co-owner to sole owner, and I cant wait to see whats in store for her. If youre looking for a fantastic hair stylist, youve found her.
