Michael, If they cut hair so bad then why do you keep going back? Pay ten more dollars and goto a salon! Not to mention you have to make it clear exactly what u want and watch them as they do it. You cant just tell them what u want and sit their trusting that they will do it just how u like it. Squeaky wheel gets the oil
