Ernie Martinique was the worst agent I have ever known. I only saw three properties and put down an offer on the last one. She gave me legal advice that was not true. I made a full price offer on a villa at Champion Hills. She did the walk-through before closing as I was still driving from Florida. Upon arrival, and after the closing, she never showed up to give me a key A day later I handyman she recommended drove down with the key from Asheville. I had to pay him for the trip. The house was filthy and filled with junk. It took three days to have the junk hauled to the landfill and scrub the place down. I now have to hire someone to clear the outside as they left all kinds of dilapidated stuff under the bushes. Ernie had told me there were a few things in the house, and it would take about one hour to clean up. I have been in the house for one week and I have never seen Ernie again. I called Keller Williams in Asheville and asked for the broker several times, and my call was never returned. I would recommend to anyone coming to the Asheville area to not use Keller Williams and especially Ernie. Thank you, Jodi Wheeler
