If you are looking to buy or sell a home or land in WNC Andrea Osteen of Town and Mountain Reality is the ONLY realtor to use. My husband researched moving to Asheville from Tampa for 3 months. He sent out numerous emails to listing agents asking questions about homes and land for sale. Andrea Osteen is the ONLY real estate agent that returned his emails. She knew we were undecided about if we should buy a home or land. Regardless she took us on as clients. When we arrived in Asheville for 3 weeks of house/land hunting she helped us with every step along the way. She explained real estate customs that we do not have in Florida. She thoroughly research all properties that met our criteria. She went above the call of duty. She not only helped us find our dream land but she acted as our power of attorney at the closing. It is nice to know that we will be living in her neighborhood and that her husband is a builder since we are having a house built. She takes pride in doing her job right. She is willing to put in extra hours and effort to get the job done on time. This was extremely helpful in getting our bid to the owner. She is a true professional, honest and a delightful person.

After meeting with kenny potts I decided that town and mountain realty is not up to par with other reale state agencies in town. He made no effort to listen to my needs and seemed to be only concerned with handing me off to another real estate person. This was frustrating since he was recommended from a friend The properties he showed me on his list had nothing I wanted and he obviously didnt care what I wanted. If you were me, dont waste your time.
