When you’re buying or selling a house, there are almost unlimited factors that you need to consider. The most important factor is having a realtor (or realty team) who you can trust and know will be on your side – Donna, Linda, and Connie are that team. They helped me sell a house from 2,000 miles away with one of the most complicated offers any of us had ever seen, and they did so with great skill and aplomb. What you really want from a realtor is someone who will listen to you, give you advice, and then go with the play you call. Donna and her team do exactly this. If I was about to make a rash decision, they had the guts to warn me ahead of time, however they also respected me so they would back my play every time, even if it wasn’t the one they recommended. You really can’t ask for more than what you get with this team – they are professional, experienced, and communicative. On top of that, they have great senses of humor which helped immensely during some of the harder parts of this nine-month sale. I give Donna, Linda, and Connie my highest recommendation. In my opinion, you won’t find a better or more effective team of realtors to work with.

Pat and Donna were managing my rental property, which was purchased through my IRA account, a bit more complicated then owned in my name. There were tenants interested in buying the property which did not happen. I asked them to list the property and they came up with a good price and what I needed to do to get the house ready for sale (this is a very important part of the process). It was a fairly easy from my side. They took care of many details including finding someone to do repairs after the home inspection and lawn maintenance while it was listed.
