Century 21 Spring Hills, Sherri Jessen and her husband Denis Jessen attempted to sell my home during 2014. Here is a summary of the experience. 1- Lack of response and follow up. Emails and phone calls would not be returned until days later. 2- Sherri and her husband Dennis demonstrated a lack of knowledge and awareness of basic home systems and structural facts. For example, they listed my home as victorian, but in fact the MLS options allow for bungalow, which it is. 3- When asked a financial question, Sherri and Denis rarely responded with a direct answer. They did not offer to do research on financial products. They failed to offer support as subject matter experts. 4- An interested party contacted me months after the contract had ended. They stated that Denis Jessen opened the house and stood in one room while the interested party reviewed the home. The interested buyer stated that Denis Jessen made no attempt to sell the home.

I called in for an apperanrly very popular house for rent and was told I was the first to inquire and was screened over the phone and qualified. I was told I would get a call back for showing bc tenants were still living there. Waited 2 days no call. So I call back and Im told that a lot of people have put applications in and its not available. Either I was lied to the first time or someone dropped the ball. But I told him Id called already and was told I would get a call back for a showing so I could also apply... again no call back. Im upset because Im moving From a different city and the move in date was perfect and Ive been looking forever for something and they had me under the impression it was all going to work out and I was in. And even after I bring it to their attention they still do nothing.

These people do not know how to run a realty business. Ive had to pay for air conditioning bills,and still have not gotten payed back. I have been renting for 3 years i painted the place before i moved in,they did not paint it at all,and if your even a day late with the rent they charge you extra. Im on disability so i have to wait for my funds to transfer.

SOMETIMES REPAIRS TAKE LONGER THAN I WOULD LIKE BUT I REALIZE THERE DEALING WITH AN OWNER THAT HAS TO OK EVERYTHING. OTHER THAN THAT JEFF HAS BEEN GREAT, EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED AND WOULD RECOMMEND RENTING FROM HIM.
