Very unprofessional! We had planned to begin our kitchen renovation with them when Chuck decided he no longer wanted the job. I received a final quote for the job at 9am and after communicating that he had, again, left some items off the quote (items totaling a pre-discussed price of $500), I received an email at 1pm saying the quote had to be redone because it was too old and the new price was $6,000 more! They were supposed to do another project for us as well and this one was increased by $1,000. A $7,000 difference in a matter of 4 hours. I had just ordered the sink prior to receiving the email and we were planning to write the check to begin work within 2-3 weeks. Our original quote for the kitchen was given to us 14 days prior to this email telling me he had to change the quote because it was old. We had originally wanted to begin the project in December, but had difficulty getting Chuck to communicate with us in a timely fashion regarding the project plans. He took days to respond to questions via email and didnt always respond to the questions we asked. He gave us excuse after excuse as to why he wasnt able to respond in a timely fashion (vacation, out of town, too busy), but now the quote was too old and somehow the blame lay in our court. Take it from me --- USE SOMEONE ELSE!

Chuck and his team were a pleasure to work with -- I needed some renovation done in a small space I rent out and these guys found an opening for me in their busy schedule pretty quickly. (Just the fact that they had multiple jobs made me feel comfortable about using them). Chuck came by, took a look at the place and listened to what I wanted done, made some notes and followed up with an estimate over the weekend. I gave him the go-ahead, and a week or two later they were ready for the job. They did everything perfectly. One thing I especially liked: there was ZERO hassle with Chucks team. Working with other contractors in the past, Ive gotten a dozen annoying phonecalls saying I needed to buy materials and so forth, often when I had no idea (or no real preference) about what I was buying. Chuck and his guys did none of that -- I gave them a general idea and they bought all materials for me and took care of the job with no fuss, which (as somebody whos busy to begin with) saved me a bunch of time and hassle. Ill definitely use these guys again for future projects and highly recommend people do the same!

Chuck and John were awesome and did a great job on all of my issues. Not only did they do awesome work at a wonderful price, but when the realtor of the buyer for my home started questioning the work and having outrageous demands, he was patient and understanding and worked with me to get the house to close, even coming back and meeting the engineer to go over the foundation work. Always responsive and ready to help, would definitely recommend for anyone! Work completed: Installed steel lintel in foundation of home, fixed two toilets, adjusted frame of back door, fixed leaky sink, installed new vent boot on roof, patched foundation vent screen, reinspected work and met with engineer

We did a kitchen upgrade with Triangle Home Solutions last month. The project consisted of tear out of existing counter tops and installation of new granite counter tops, a subway tile back splash, new sink, faucet, and disposal. Chuck was great to work with communicated quickly and well, in a world where it hard to get companies to call you back unless you have a very large project. He paid close attention to the finished details. He wanted to make sure that we were happy and that the finished project would be they way that he would expect it to look in his own house. We are loving our new kitchen and would highly recommend Triangle Home Solutions to anyone.

I have been remodeling my house for the past year and hired these gentlemen to do some of the more skilled work I was incapable of doing myself...I can tell you that their work ethic and attention to detail is beyond impeccable. Simply stated they take top rank over any other contractors that have step foot in my house, I would recommend them to anyone! Chuck is our family handyman! Hes prompt, professional, and always goes above and beyond what the job requires, providing materials, service, and a clean worksite after the job is done. His estimates are fair and complete and he has never exceeded the price he contracted with us.
