We had a hail storm in our neighborhood last year. We asked Lance Mollison of Authentic Restorations to evaluate our roof damage. Lance contacted our insurance company to prepare a legitimate damage claim, which was approved. Lance managed and coordinated the shingle replacement for us, our insurance company and his repair crew. Our roof is very steep and has four dormers. We had very little time commitment and Lance did the rest. Our out-of-pocket cost was our homeowners insurance deductible and a shingle upgrade we chose. Our unfinished attic had roof debris and our yard had a few nails that we picked up. But overall we were very satisfied and recommended Authentic Restorations to neighbors and nearby family. I went here because they said they would talk to the insurance company for me and work with the price the insurance company gave them. Well it took them 4 months to replace my roof and the rude owner tried to back out of the contract he set up when he didnt get as much money from the insurance company as he thought. Then when they put the roof on they ran out of shingles. I had to pay an independent contractor to patch the roof before it started leaking. I ask them to do it and they sent somebody over and his ladder was too short. I only have a two story house. He never came back. The owner calls my office with nasty messages, a very rude person. So I do not return his calls. They still didnt finish honoring the contract. Go here if you like rude behavior and lousy service.
