The painting was done poorly, which we paid extra. If you try to wash the wall, the paint comes off. The drywall is so thin, it crumbles if you try to hang a picture. The front door is not hung correctly and the paint used on the front door smells like plastic burning when the sun hits it. The concrete patio, pad, front porch and driveway was poured and not smoothed and the Driveway has already cracked. The yard was not levelled and the sod not layed correctly, so many holes and ruts, you could break an ankle. We had several items on our walk through punch list, none were done. He has a contract that is borderline illegal. He is not responsible for anything after you close. After closing, you cannot get the keys to the house until after all money and paperwork has cleared. Never heard of this. We waited 2 days to get into the house. I would never recommend this builder, he is a liar and a cheat. Wished we knew before we signed the contract.

My family had many issues with the 1 year warranty. For one, their contractor came to the home and was notified by my father what part of the fascia needed to be repaired in the back (hes seen it once before). He arrived and I told him I didnt know where it was, he went into backyard without notice, said he couldnt find it. Went back to office and said that "I turned him away". A large amount of ceramic floor tiles started cracking. My father had an email from the owner saying he would address. Their office was very unhelpful. In my years of customer service, if you agree (verbally or documented) that you would do something that may be off the warranty, you stand up to your word. Otherwise, that is horrible customer service. There are plenty of other builder options in this area that have better service.

We just purchased two homes from hanco in the diamond . One for me and my wife and one for my elderly mother. Kirk and Bryan really went out the way to answer all of our quiestions and was very polite and courteous. I come from a family of builders and I know first hand the struggle of coordinating subs and dealing with permitting etc. To my surprise both of our homes were done on time and the couple small issues we had after we moved in was fixed and taken care of. Failure to follow original building specs. Kirk didnt follow about half of what was agreed on with the selling agent. The biggest failure was changing the kitchen upgraded cabinet color with what the original sample was at the model diamond home. Bathroom cabinets were not the same as what the model had. We were told the bathroom cabinets in the model was the basic cabinet used in all the homes. Not the case here. Two upgraded electric outlets were not installed as agreed. (the list of shortfalls continue......)

I purchased my first home from hanco construction and I made a mistake. This company doesnt hold up their one year fix. I have called numerous of times and nothing has been done. I would tell anyone not to purchase a home this company. Very poor quality homes.

This company used those Maxicans labors , they were bad .one of them drove truck showed fights signs and blocked roads intentionally. Either they are legal alliances are questionable! Because all are in cheap made either apartments buildings or the houses!

The house I stay fell apart in bathroom within a month after we moved in. The garage door cant shut and lock it, front door cant lock completely. This is the worst builder in the world! Its a new house go figure !!!

Those apartment, newer but no laundry room and balcony, very loud noises all the time. You will be regret if u live in those apartment, paper thin floors, you can hear them sneeze. Not worth it.

Great Company! They installed plumbing for for me on a specialty remodel project and did a great job. They finished in a timely manner and there were no problems at all.
