I recently hired J. Trent & Associates to replace our roof that had been damaged due to high winds. I am so grateful that I chose to work with Trent. Unlike the sales representatives with zero roofing experience that larger insurance repair companies will send out to sell you what you want to hear, Trent has decades of experience as a licensed building contractor and roofer. He provided us with a very thorough roof assessment report that included his general observations regarding the condition of our roof, photographs, and his recommendations pertaining to repair and/or replacement. Trent’s review and recommendations were useful when meeting with our insurance field adjustor who concurred with him that our roof needed to be replaced. Trent then provided us with an estimate that included several options for replacement. His company does not cut corners in any way. He uses high quality products, offers an excellent warranty, and we were able to easily choose an option that fit with our budget. When it came time for work to begin, Trent sent out an incredible team of professional roofers. They took care in covering up everything in our attic prior to beginning and they used outside tarps and a dumpster to catch the old shingles, paper, nails, and debris from the old roof. They worked tirelessly and efficiently, and within 3 days, we had a beautiful and most importantly, a safe and well constructed new roof! Trent personally inspects each job, and once complete, his guys were back to retrieve their items. Our yard and driveway were left in the same condition they were in prior to the guys’ arrival. I have yet to find any nails or debris lying around. I highly recommend using J. Trent & Associates for all roofing repairs and replacement, and I will also be using Trent for all future general repairs to my home. Working with Trent has been 100% stress free. He is honest, trustworthy, and does beautiful work. I am wholly confident in my choice to use him and would recommend him to anyone in need of this type of service.

I have hired Trent and his crew for a variety of repairs - from a leaky window (repair to window to stop leak and fix damage to drywall on interior), powerwashing, tree removal, fence mending, AC repair, and a bathroom remodel forced by a cold water supply line that had been leaking unbeknownst to us for a number of years (vinyl upgrade to travertine, drywall replacement, paint match, new vanity, new granite, new plumbing, new fixtures, electrical re-wiring and new lights). Between these jobs, I think I have met most of the crew and seen the quality of their craftsmanship. I am not sure how Trent has assembled such a group of competent, trustworthy and dependable people. I truly do not have to worry about the quality of the repair or workforce once I have picked up the phone to call Trent. I know that whomever he is sending to my home will treat my home (and myself, my children and my pets) with the utmost of respect and will complete the job to the standards that I would if I were doing it myself. If it is not right, it will be made so. There are still contractors in this world that take pride in their work and believe in providing a quality job at a reasonable price and have crews who also share those beliefs. If you are looking for quality, authenticity, and a crew you can trust - just call Trent.

I was very impressed with the crew you sent out to do repairs on my property - Fredy and Felipe. I selected your company because of my interaction with you and your favorable website reviews. I will continue to do business with you because of the professionalism and quality work ethic of this crew. They arrived on time. They were very personable. Fredy expertly explained every additional piece of work that was found in addition to the work order and the ramifications of not performing it. They showed me pictures before and after the repair and also the replaced damaged part. I was not at all worried about the security of my premises while they were here like I am now while another company has a crew doing repairs on my neighbors house. Fresh and Felipe had all the necessary tools. The weather blessed us and they completed the work on schedule. And like a good backwoods hiker/camper, they picked up after themselves and left no evidence behind of their passing. Im a former professional quality auditor and was very impressed by this crew serving as a representative of your company

I was complexly blown away by the level of service I received. I have used Trent many times over the past several years. He did a Home Assessment for me, which helped me not only know any issues that the house may have, but I used the document to bring the price down on the home by almost $17,000.00. Now THAT is what I call service. So once we were in the house, we needed a few repairs. Trent’s crew showed up on time, and were very respectful. They explained the job to be from start to finish, discussed timeline, the importance of each step, and even asked when my child took his nap, and they scheduled their lunch around our schedule so he could sleep in peace… what type of company does that these days? The work was finished quicker than expected, and better than expected. They cleaned the entire job site, and even made sure to take pictures of everything they did so I could see their hard work. I could not be happier with the work that Trent did for me and my family. Thank you.

Our 16 year old house was made out of builders scraps. The roof particularly was installed incorrectly, with many compromises. Trents crew removed the entire roof (didnt take much effort due to the originals "quality"), repaired several problems with flashing, replaced 10 pieces of sheathing, installed a ridge vent and used copper in critical places to insure water tightness and prevent mildew on the shingles. But the best part was Trent explained everything on the way through the project, thereby educating us. The job came in at budget and on time. One neighbor even came over to watch the finishing steps. We are exceedingly grateful for Trent whom we met because of work his crew had done on one building of our church, another flawless project. I should also mention the crew was too busy working (from dawn past dusk) to play a radio. They were perfectly polite and as quiet as a roofing crew can be, with excellent cleanup. HAPPY customer!

J. Trent and Associates has done several jobs for us, all to the highest standard of quality and courtesy. If you have ever had a roof replaced, you know that the roofers often leave bits and pieces of the old roof, along with roofing nails, scattered about. NOT SO with Trent and his gang. Absolutely tidy, no nails to punch a hole in my tire. Not one. Chimney Wizard did a superb job with my new flue. Tree and shrub removal was timely and tidy. I absolutely would recomend Trent to anyone, and will be availing myself of his services for my bathroom remodel. Bathroom remodel is outstanding! Superb workmanship, quality materials, fantastic attention to detail, and a crew dedicated to getting it right. Also, extremely courteous folks, the kind you dont mind coming in and out of your house!

I recently used Trent for power washing the house and some tree work. Trents crew got the job done quickly, and cleaned up very well after themselves. In addition, when coming out to give the quote, Trent spent much more time than expected with me. He pointed out a number of small things that I could take care of myself to improve the look and function of my home. I feel confident that Trent will never try to sell work that doesnt need to be done, and if he isnt the right person to do it, hell refer you to the right person. As an example of that, about a year ago I had asked Trent for a quote on some basement waterproofing. He spent about an hour with me to help me understand what to look for in getting quotes, then gave me the name of the company that he recommended.
