I lived a block away from here for 2 years, and am now moving away, thankfully. If it wasnt for the convenience, I never would have gone back after the first couple of months. There is a young kid that works there and he acted rude and arrogant every time I was in the store. If you have any other options, I would highly recommend staying away from this place, and their awful customer service

Never open at 7:30am like they say, which is the most convenient time for me to pick up my clothes and is why I chose this cleaners. Theyve also had trouble understanding simple alterations requests, etc. Do not recommend unless things change.

Rosa Lee is the best! I take all of my shoe repairs and alterations here and they do a great job every time!
