If this review were only about the people working there, it would be 10 stars as Ive never had anything less than stellar service. The woman I think is the manager (Kiesha is fantastic) is with whom I have the most interactions and I look forward to talking with her. She understands the business and is customer-focused. For the most part, my dropped-off clothes come back clean and pressed just how I like them. On the few occasions that Ive had an issue, the store has quickly taken the items back and recleaned and repressed them at no charge. In addition, Ive had a number of items successfully altered or repaired through the store and always been satisfied. All that good stuff and the place is lightning fast. My only concern with the entire operation is that the cost is higher than similar cleaners around. I understand that Im paying for location and convenience as I live very near the store. I normally wouldnt be willing to pay the higher cost associated with this store. However, the location and the people behind the counter bring me back again and again. When you stop in, tell Kiesha I said hi. Carriage Fine Dry Cleaning in Colony Place is definitely worth your time and money.

I have seen so many carriage cleaners in the area and used to go to the one in the arboretum shopping center. I dont think their quality was all that bad but definitely NOT worth the price you pay. The customer service was AVERAGE if anything, so I guess this place is fair. I actually enjoyed the fact that I used to get a "professional and fine" dry cleaning service and continued to use them but after I tried out a new place I quickly realized how much of a brand name you pay for when you go there.

If I could give it less than a one-star I would. If you ignore the fact that the manager yells at all of the employees like theyre incompetent. the fact that if you bring in clothes and they lose it or destroy it they say you never brought it in. ( just so you cant fill out a claim form) "Im pretty sure I can count to three. I know I brought in three shirts!". Oh or the that if you do get your clothes back theres a chance that it might not be that clean. Then Im sure this is the place for you.

Gave my clothes the the wrong person and couldnt get them back to meet for a week plus. Still charged $80+ For 11 items they did manage to return to me. overpriced and not worth the money

This store has now lost two different items of mine. Customer service is mediocre at best. I would never go there again.
