I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Absolutely rude and unprofessional! My husband won 2 coupons from a golf tournament so we took our rug up there. Before he unloaded it off his truck, by himself, the lady assured us they could clean it or can send it out to get cleaned. We waited weeks, and weeks. No phone call, no nothing. And come to find out they cant do rugs that big. So we waited with no phone call, and the rug was laying in the same spot where my husband dropped it off. We finally got fed up and called, and they said they couldnt do the rug because of the size, but did not call us to inform us. My husband just got off the phone to see what there was to do, and instead of apologizing or acting like they cared, they cussed at him, said it was his fault, and got very trashy on the phone. This place is nothing but a joke. They do not care. I can not believe how we were treated and how unprofessional they are! THE WORST!!

I have been there a couple of times and they have damaged my clothing several times and they never reimburse me for the damages. Once i made it my personal business to inform everyone of their business practices I started to realize that others have been subject to their lack of professionalism and poor service as well. If you value your time, money, and clothes do not use Tucker Dry Cleaners!

Ive used them a few times and never been dissatisfied with the results. The price always fluctuates wildly from when I drop off to pick up, but its always been in my favor, so its hard to complain about that. Customer service is good.
