I dropped off a bathing suit to be altered on a Friday. They said to pick it up the following Tuesday. I went at 10am on Tuesday and the sign said open, but it was dark inside. I assumed they werent open yet. So I ran an errand and then returned at 11am when the sign had been turned to closed and the place was now really dark inside. I called the number on the window only to get a disconnect recording. I returned the following day (3 miles each way!) and they were open. When I went in and asked what happened on the previous day, I was told "my husband was here, its his fault, he left and went to the factory." Those were the EXACT words! I was somewhat shocked. What ever happened to "Sorry for the inconvenience?" I doubt this place will be around long at all! So much for customer service, I know I would never return!

this place has a wonderful family owned enviroment and they will do whatever it takes to keep you the customer happy.... i am very pleased with the service , the employees and the owners.my clothes are cared for in the best way possible. thank you

the best service and very reasonable prices. they even have two locations for convience....the alterations are wonderful and fast. they even do their own work nothing is sourced out. they are a lovely and family oriented business....
