Visited on two occassions: 1) had sofa cushion covers dry cleaned & 2) had jacket sleeves taken up (alteration). The sofa cushion covers were not cleaned properly and were returned in the same condition as they were dropped off. I asked the lady who works there about the spotting, and she replied: "We tried, but it wont come out." Took to another cleaner and it came out just fine and at the same cost as Regals first attempt. On my second visit, I dropped off a casual cotton blazer with no lining and requested the sleeves be taken up 3/4 inch. The sign in the window said same day alterations, so I figured I would wait. I was told to come back in 3 days. I politely objected and was told to stop back by in 1.5 hours. I asked that no material be removed from the jacket sleeves during the alteration -- only hemming was requested and understood when dropped off. When I returned, the lady had cut material from the sleeves, shortened the sleeves only 1/2 inch and basically ruined a $500 Prada blazer. Cost was $12.50. Luckily, I took the blazer to Paul Simon and had them fix the jacket and re-alter / fix Regals work. Cost was $20, and it was done right the second time -- despite the blazer essentially being ruined by Regal. I would avoid this place like the plague. Dont be like me by choosing the closest cleaner or you will be sorry you did. This place is a waste of money -- especially since everything must be done a second time by a different cleaner. Takeaway: This is the worst place Ive ever been for cleaning/alterations. Convenience is little comfort to inferior work product.

I took seven shirts to them. when I went to put two of the shirts on they each had a hole in the arm. When I took them back to see what they would do the female owner told me they didnt do it. She said they check each item to see if it is damaged and if it is they wont clean it. I said so if you cleaned it then it wasnt damaged when I brought it in. She said again we didnt do it. They ripped cause you wear them. I went back later in the day and spoke with the man that is always in when I drop off my clothes and he said "You spoke to my mother and Im sorry but we dont do refunds and they have no way of knowing it wasnt damaged when i brought it in." He stated that where they are ripped is the weak point of the shirt and it isnt there fault and they wont replace the shirt. It is my fault for wearing the shirt that it ripped. I will never go back to them again and recommend anyone not to use them as they damage clothing and take no responsibility for it.

Just dont go there. I gave them my business for years, but whenever I tried to get my cloths altered, the woman had her teenage son do it. Each time the pants cam out too short and too tight, and when I took it back and showed that the pants are so short that the socks show when I stand up, the lady gave me a really mean look and snatched them from me wordlessly. When I came back to pick them up (again, second time Ive had to do this) the son told me that he and I most have different opinions on what looks good, and I shouldnt take any more cloths there for alterations. I was astounded, he did bad job repeatedly on expensive Italian suit pants, I calmly brought them back and just asked that the length be extended, and they got angry at me for it. There are lots of hard working dry cleaners in Charlotte - take your business to one that treats their customers correctly.

I use them religiously to dry clean my uniforms. Theyre great. They do a great job, are reasonably priced, easy to work with, great hours, kind. I am a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them.
